I brought my aging Toyota Rav4 in Autoworks for an oil change and tire rotation. They got the job done quickly and were very pleasant and professional. A coupon on their website also saved me a bunch of $$. This was my first time with Autoworks and won't be my last.

I came here for my Airbag lights and my ABS and they called me about 4 times and each time they kept saying there was more and more wrong with my car. 3rd time they called I only had the Airbag light and ABS light taken care of and they told me the price was $336 the 4th time they called they did an oil change to my car also and somehow the price dropped to $327?? I’m not sure how the price was changing with more being done and they said I still couldn’t pass inspection. With everything they said I needed done they wanted me to pay was about $1500!! I told them I was picking up my car and went somewhere else with just the Airbag and ABS and oil change done and I passed inspection EASY! One small issue at the new shop and it cost me $17! I am baffled at how much they wanted me to pay. Highly recommend going to Two Sons LLC in kittery. Much cheaper and great service. Also cherry on top Autoworks put synthetic oil in my car, my car takes conventional!! I wasn’t asked what oil my car takes either.

Back in 2014, Autoworks was my go-to repair shop, but then I moved away from the area for about 8 years. I just moved back to the Seacoast and had Autoworks working on my car again and was so happy to see that they are still the same awesome repair shop! Great, no nonsense people working there and very fair with their pricing & services. Highly recommend!

Overall, Autoworks personnel were friendly and did a good job getting my car back on the road. I’ve driven my car for a week since I got service at Autoworks and have had no issues. I plan to use Autoworks in the future.

Auto Works was a very pleasant experience. I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change and showed up 20mins early. They took my SUV immediately in for service and told me it would be about an hour wait. The waiting room was nice and they offered free water, soda, coffee, and tea while you wait. Their follow up was exemplary and I plan to return for service as needed. Wonderful customer service!

Great shop, great people. My go-to mechanic for all my vehicles. As an enthusiast, I go through cars probably more than I should, and Autoworks has been fantastic and able to work on all of them. German, Japanese, Domestic, doesn’t matter. Also greatly appreciate that they have loaners available. Keep doing what you’re doing!
