This van from interior magic would run up on my tailgate then back off then repeatedly do this again and again. The driver did this from Northwood NH to Rochester NH Main St. I routinely drive 3-5 mph over the posted speed limit. The vehicle tried to pass 3 times in non passing zones. At times the vehicle was 10' from the rear of my vehicle. This person should not be driving any vehicle if it is operated in this manner. I took the pic as the driver passed on the right while I let a vehicle change lanes in front if me.
