I wholeheartedly recommend Autoworks in Kittery. They literally might have saved me from an accident. Despite being issued an inspection sticker from a service department in York, my car was unsafe to drive. What the other mechanics failed to notice (the very obvious cracked coil springs), Autoworks did all the repairs needed and ensure the car was safe to drive. Thank you for your courtesy and service.

I brought my car here after it broke down and they were very helpful and prompt. They got the repair done and then the check engine light came on again the same day and not only did they take the car back right away to diagnose and fix that, they gave me a small discount for that final fix.

Great service. During a routing oil change other problems were found. The team at autoworkers informed me and then were able to quickly perform the repair.

Couple months ago I came into this shop for an alignment on my BMW after being referred here by another shop. Well I go to pick it up and by god was it the worst alignment I have ever gotten. They said they were unable to align the front end properly, after $4500 of brand new suspension parts and couldn’t even explain why. So they still charged me the $120 for an alignment that shouldn’t have been driven on. After a 15 second google search, I figured out how to fix the camber issue myself in my driveway without even jacking the car up. Well they call me a couple days later and ask how things are going. So I tell them and they tell me to bring car back. So I drive the 45 minutes back there just to be told that their tech can’t do it today. This is all while I’m trying to get the car ready for a 4000 mile road trip. All said and done I took my car to VIP tires and they got the alignment where it should be. This shop is a joke for a shop that “specializes in BMWs.” If I could leave negative stars I would.
