Brought my car for tire rotation and oil change. Got a screw in my tire in their parking lot. It took a week to fix. Indifferent staff. Lousy service. Use the Portsmouth location instead. They have the best of both and treat me like a friend.

Brought my car in to be checked. They quoted me 4500. Went to another non corporate business and they said Sullivan tried to screw me by fixing things that didn’t needed to be fixed. Ending up paying 1100 instead of Sullivan scamming 4500. Don’t go here

Great customer service with empathy is critical for a business. I experienced both at Sullivan Tire in resolving a dead battery in my vehicle. After calling several local businesses including the Nissan dealer I’ve used for years, Sullivan was the one that showed empathy to my situation. Even full a full schedule and full bays, they accommodated my needs and quickly resolved the issue. I am both thankful and grateful for this experience at Sullivan Tire. Thank you!! Rob.

I had my heating/air fixed yesterday. It was VERY expensive. Today there was smoke coming off of the engine, so I brought it back. They left a pool of antifreeze that was burning away and forgot to hose it off. After work today I noticed they had only fixed half the problem and only the passenger side gets heat...

Sullivan Tire is the absolute best service center in the world. I have been taking my car there for a few years on a recommendation of a trusted friend. The employees are very friendly and very helpful.

Upon pickup, the tech came out personally and informed me that because of the brake fluid leak that I had, it had consequently corroded the back plate for the rear brake. Instead of simply replacing the braking apparatus and handing me my keys, he "made things right" by repainting the back plate himself. That is what excellent customer service is and that's what separates a shoddy mechanic from a good one. Only recommendation I have would be to offer customers a more in-depth breakdown of what the recommended repairs are and what is absolutely necessary/ what can be done at a later time. Besides that, absolutely no complaints. I will be back!
