I needed air in my tires and they did it right away and didn’t even charge me. Great service! Thank You!

On December 7th, I pick up a nail in my tire. I was able to get to the shop, but it was close to closing time. The team greeted me with a desire to help me and I never felt that they were anxious to leave. After finding my lug key that was left at their shop previously, they were able to repair my tire, even after closing time. This level of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Sullivan Tire Team for your empathy and help.

Josh at Sullivan Tire in Dover is the reason myself and my family still use Sullivan Tire. Before Josh was the manager, we had a few issues with some of our interactions with when we brought our vehicles in for different services. We stopped going until I heard there was a new manager. I went right to Josh and told him what we had experienced and that I would like to give him one more shot at our business because he seemed like an honest guy and he just told me like it is. That was almost 8 years ago. It was the right decision. Josh and his crew always make sure the work is done correctly, in a timely manner and they have never once tried to over sell me on something I don’t need. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Dover for your tire and auto service needs.
