We were so happy have such a positive experience with Erik from Grappone In buying our most recent car. We have purchased many cars from Grappone over the years. In nine times out of 10, our experience has been excellent. That’s why we keep coming back to Grappone. We were a little nervous this time though as in the past year or so we have had issues at one of their service departments as well as a headache of a paperwork issue at Mazda last year (growing pains, I guess.) Our experience with Erik has restored our faith in good old Grappone. He was extremely patient with us as we looked at and test drove five different cars on three different Grappone lots. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating - and always had a smile on his face! He even spent quite a bit of time dealing with our insurance company on the phone before we left with our car. We were very grateful we didn’t have to do that ourselves. This is 100% how a car buying experience should be. Thanks, Erik!

Phenomenal experience. Test drove two cars and the entire process of trading in my car and purchasing new car took 3 hours.

Service appt made to check a "rattle" right rear. A 10 pt check revealed a broken shock and service replaced both left and right. Service completed in a very reasonable time at a competitive price.
