Called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment and called the day of to confirm it and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to get me in and “assumed I would’ve came in earlier” to have them look at my vehicle. I don’t know if these people are new to how business works but you usually have a set time that your appointment is for and not to just come in whenever I felt like it. Had some customers at my job reference this place to me. It unfortunately will not be using their service. Learn to communicate better with your customers.

Apr 26, 2024Customer called midday & thought he had a 4:30 appt. We close at 4:30. It was a check engine light issue & we figured he would be leaving it for the day. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
I wouldn't take a car anywhere else. The people at South Main Street Service Center keep up to date, communicate well, and are great people who have become friends.

Don and his crew are very thorough. They always make sure my car is safe for me to drive before leaving. I will always bring my vehicles here. Have been for years and will for many more years to come.

Wonderful service! I've taken my car to the dealer where I purchased it from since day one, said dealer was unable to properly troubleshoot my automobile and repair it. South Main St Service Center took my car on short notice, listened to my issue and together we determined the best course of action and they were able to fix my car! Very reasonable prices and good people. Will definitely look to them for my future automobile service & maintenance needs.
