Have been very pleased with Stratham tire. Had my tires rotated the other day, went back this afternoon for 50 mile torque to find a sign on the door this location is permanently closed.. So sad to lose them in Concord.
Very quick service and friendly, helpful people.

Call the 2 hours ago and asked if I could have four new tires mounted that I'm bringing in they said 102 for the quote and when I arrived and now they don't do them!! Stratham tire sucks

May 3, 2024Jeremy, when you called you scheduled an appointment for a "changeover." There was no mention of the fact that you had bought the tires elsewhere. We simply do not have enough staff to install tires that were not purchased through Stratham Tire. It is company policy.
Went in to have a tire inspected due to a screw in the tread. Good news, no leak. Bad news: The tire jockey stripped the locking nut and damaged the locking-nut removal tool. Amazingly, these clowns don't know how it happened. Obvious amatures.

Jan 24, 2024Richard, when you came in August 23, 2023 we did not even remove your tire to determine that there was a screw in the tread. We can see in the Carfax report for your vehicle that you went to another shop five days later and had your front and rear brakes replaced. In order to do a brake job, all tires would have been removed from the vehicle. I would suggest that you contact the shop that did your brake job, as they may have damaged your nuts and tool. We are not clowns nor amateurs, and we certainly did not damage your property. Hopefully, you will take this review down once you check with your brake shop.
The crew at Stratham Tire in Concord are always kind and knowledgeable. They've been instrumental in keeping my car running smoothly. My family owns a driving school, and the staff always makes us feel welcome. They're great at keeping our vehicles safe, and always do so in a timely fashion. Thank you, guys!

Only place I will bring my cars, over a half hour drive, been going there for over 15 years. Update - since the old place burned down, it's been awful. Wanted to charge my $260 to rent a machine to clean my headlights for inspaection....

May 24, 2023Toby, I think you must be talking about a different company. You haven't been in for service since 2019. We also do not rent equipment. We do offer a service to restore headlights, but the cost is only $140.00.
Great service! Very fair and honest. Even through covid and being understaffed (as everyone was), they always take care of us. We appreciate having a trustworthy shop to take our vehicles to. Thanks guys!
