Grappone Toyota’s service has always been top notch. They have always been kind, honest and treated me incredibly well. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. They treat their customers truly right. Their service has been so good that when I eventually buy another car, I hope to buy it there.

I Can not thank Grappone Toyota enough, there service dept was the greatest when I needed them. I was leaving the Hospital with my wife just 2 hours after she had back surgery and noticed one my front tires was torn and had a bulge and I knew it would not make the 2 hour drive north. The weather was bad so I knew I needed help so I went to Grappone and explained my situation, they got me in and out in a short time and we were on our way home.Thank you to the service dept for their kindness and caring and not even charging for the service. My experience with the services department at Grappone Toyota Service Center of Bow, NH was less than satisfactory. I went for an annual service and needed to make an additional appointment for a repair. I made the appointment while I was there and scheduled to come in later that week (48 hrs later) for the additional work. This was the week of a snowstorm and so I clarified at the desk that they would be open. I was reassured that, yes, they would be open and not to worry. So, 2 days later, I drove to Grappone, just to find out that they were closed. I never received a phone call and drove in inclement weather for no reason. I left a message on their machine that evening stating that I was not pleased to have driven in bad weather for nothing or to have wasted my time. I received a phone call the following morning asking if I was still coming in for my appointment. I asked for clarification and stated that I was waiting for a call back from the message that I left the evening prior. After a brief conversation, I stated that they would need to do something to make this situation right because now they had not only wasted an hour and a half of my time but now, I would need to leave work and lose an additional hour and a half of work time. She then transferred me to the service manager. Once on the phone with the manager, who gave me excuse after excuse, I again reiterated the situation and how unacceptable this was and asked what could be done to remedy this situation. A situation which was caused by their lack of planning and communication. The manager was extremely rude in his tone and communication and asked, "Well what exactly would you like me to do for you?". After stating that I would like to speak to a higher-level manager, when I arrived at the service center about an hour later, the manager I spoke with on the phone approached me. He looked over my head and avoided eye contact, handed me a $30 gift card to Irving, and walked away. No conversation or acknowledgment. The gift was a nice gesture but didn't even come close to reimbursing me for my time, not to mention the deplorable customer service. To top it all off, I never received a call from a general manager. They have lost my business and after speaking with several people and hearing the same feedback, they will continue to lose business.

When we spoke on Friday morning, I acknowledged our failure to check the appointment for Friday and ensure that anyone picking up a loaner vehicle on Thursday was accounted for. I promised to implement systematic changes to prevent such oversights from occurring again in the future. Despite my efforts to convey sincerity, it seems that my apology and explanation of the forthcoming changes didn't fully address your dissatisfaction. I realize you were still not satisfied and did ask what exactly we could do to make it up to you and you specifically requested reimbursement for your fuel. When you arrived to swap your vehicle for the loaner, I provided the fuel card as per your request. However, I deeply regret if my demeanor came across as indifferent; that was never my intention, and I failed to recognize your desire for further discussion on the matter. Rest assured, I am taking your concerns seriously, and I will ensure that my manager reaches out to you directly to address any remaining issues. We accept full responsibility for the oversight and have already implemented new procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Please accept my sincerest apologies once again. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us, and we are committed to regaining your confidence in our service. If there's anything else we can do to make amends, please don't hesitate to let us know.
I have never had such a good , new car buying experience in my life. No bait and switch, no new fees. Moe was straightforward and honest. And responsive. Servicing my vehicle there is just as professional. This is not what you usually hear about car dealerships! Way to go Grappone, from a very happy customer.

A great service experience! There was a reason I spoke to everyone who I spoke to. By that, I mean that each person had specific information to convey to me so I knew what to expect from what services would be provided to texted links to video of the actual service and detailed reporting, to letting me know up front what the cost should be. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and there are even snacks available! The work was performed quickly, thoroughly and at the stated price. Some companies have a way of doing business that makes you want to work with them. That’s definitely the kind of business Grappone Toyota is!
