This was my first visit to the Bedford VIP. Tim did an amazing job letting me know what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend this location and its amazing front desk and techs who work out back. Thank you for making this experience possible with everything that was done

Hello!!! VIP Bedfords Service is fast and reliable. The workers over the phone were very polite and friendly and helped me right away! Going into the store was even easier, quick exchange of my keys and told me they would call me. Love going here!

I have been coming to this VIP location for several years for oil changes, state inspections and this year when I came into the store for my state inspection, they let me know I needed brakes and that I would still pass inspection, but I did not have a lot of time left before I would have to come in. I asked them if I could have that done now and they said absolutely. I love that they are super honest, not pushy, very efficient and do amazing work. Thank you to the VIP Team in Bedford, NH.

They cared. Shane was awesome. We were on a trip when we got a flat tire. I called all the brand name tire places I knew. No one cared to listen. Not today was told. Shane took the time to listen. Checked to see if he had tires. When he confirmed he was honest telling me he’d get it done but I’d need to be patient. He got it done faster than he estimated. Great experience. Someone who cared. Thank you for making our day. Back on the road happily!
