Brought in for alignment and suspension check, tech didnt know anything about suspensions and after my alignment they say the do a check and make sure your vehicle is safe but failed to tell me about my tie rod end and ball joints being so bad i shouldnt be driving. This place does not care about you or your car. Customer beware

First time customer since having my truck serviced for years at the local Manchester GM dealer….but after arriving for a scheduled appointment at VIP, there was a 40 minute wait as my truck required one of their heavy-capacity lifts which was not available. I decided to leave the truck and returned the next day. My vehicle was serviced as requested and a sincere apology was given by the owner for the delay with the lift. I was very pleased with the customer service, but really impressed with the charge for lubrication, oil change and filter….$90 for a GMC 2500 Duramax diesel AND a $20 discount for the lift issue. This is customer service at its best, especially since the dealer was charging $170 for the identical service. I’m done with the dealership - VIP Bedford is my new go-to repair shop!

VIP Tires and Service always offers me exceptional service. I went in later on a week night and they were able to squeeze me in for a much needed oil change. Would recommend to friends and family!

I make the 30 minute drive to VIP anytime I need my car serviced. My whole family is completely loyal to VIP and has always been since we came to the U.S. They are incredible, timely, and always graciously willing to explain anything I have questions about. I had a appointment set up for 1:00pm for a inspection and oil change. I called three times throughout the day asking if they had gotten to it. They call me at 6:30pm saying they are not going to be able to do it as they had "walk-ins" come in....

IF YOU ARE A VETERAN THIS MAY INTEREST YOU I just wanted to give a shout out to VIP Tiires and Service 56 S River Rd Bedford NH. Last week I went in to have my yearly car inspection and get a sticker. They found out I needed brakes and rotors. I asked them for an estimate which they provided, and told them I would call to make an appointment. I then asked, how much do I owe you for the inspection and the service manager (Sterling) then said, “do you have veterans plates on your car”? I said “no, but I am a veteran”. His next words, “veterans get free inspections” just caught me by surprise, I really didn’t know what to say for a moment, but I thanked him and told him I thought that was a really nice thing to do. He then went on to tell me they also give veterens 10% off any service up to a total of a $75 discount AND the reinspection is free. Well, I still had to check around and see what else I could get for estimates. Their estimate was right in line with everybody else’s and along with the 10% discount and the 45 bucks I already saved, how do I not do business with these guys. I brought it back at the appointed time, they took me right in, did the work and delivered on their estimate just like they said. In this day and age, to receive great service, with a smile, and on time was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Sterling, Brian, Shane and VIP for a great experience. Jack Walsh

A friend of the family who knows very little on cars took her car to this vip In Bedford nh to have a check engine light looked at after about a hour they came back with it needing 6 spark plugs and 2 coils due to it having a misfire on cylinders 2 and 3 after replacing them they said she was all set and gave her a bill of $950 for very little work after about 3 days the car was running worse then before upon inspection of the engine myself I decided to do a few quick checks that I would assume a well equipped shop would have done before throwing parts at it and having $600 in diagnostics after checking fuel spark and the basics air filter etc I took a compression reading on all cylinders after doing so witch only took 20 mins I learned cylinders 2 and 3 had 70-85 psi compared to the 150-180psi required by Honda after a disassembly of the top half of the engine I found a broken piston ring and damaged to the piston and cylinder walls causing the engine to run as it did after looking at options and taking with the owner we decided the best way to fix this problem was to replace the engine with a used engine from the local lkq for $1250 I installed this engine entirely free of charge due to this company taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars I will include the vin on both engines and will remove this post if the owner or manager’s contact the owner and make it right on the error they missed and over charged for I will be waiting to hear back from the owner until then I would only bring your car to this shop for tire repair and nothing else we are human and miss stuff and make mistakes it’s understandable so make it right vip I have more proof in you need it

We have called them and offered apologies, an explanation, and a refund, as well as to discuss steps going forward should we need to continue to diagnose the vehicle. We have yet to hear back from the customer. At this point, they have yet to return our call. Please understand that we are doing what we said to make this right, but we cannot move forward without communication. Thank you.

Great place for any car needs! Prices are fair, and staff is helpful and provide good info to any questions you may have! I had a few questions regarding a car issue I was having and they helped guide me to what I needed! Very welcoming and understanding and good at talking through any car issues or questions you may have!

I have used other VIP locations for oil changes, but i found the Bedford, New Hampshire location was extra pleasant to visit and did not mind a very short wait.
