Everytime I took my cars into VIP they always provided the best service to my vehicles. They are always quite knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is always was they quote and after taking my cars to a few other places they seem to be a little lower in their pricing than other places. I highly recommend their services.

I had a flat tire. Sterling was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment. I purchased two new tires, so I'd have ones with matching tread on the front of my car. I was happy with the service and my new tires.

5 Stars! I ordered my tires off of TireRack and had them sent to VIP in Bedford. I had never had my car serviced there before but after reading reviews, I decided to give them a shot. I’m glad I did, they had my car in and out within a few hours hassle free (tires installed and aligned) and my car rides great. Thanks Sterling and the rest of the VIP team!

I went to VIP Tires & Service to get a State Inspection and Oil Change. Shane, who was there and who I regularly deal with is exceptionally excellent in his Customer Service and knowledge of auto care. I have been there several times since switching from other auto repair places. I should have started with VIP Tires and Service and saved myself a lot of aggravation. They are Excellent in servicing your vehicle and if there is anything wrong, they will let you know and point it out to you. I have had work done there recently on April 26, 2023, and everything was fine. I will continue to bring my vehicle there to be serviced. Everybody there is very nice. Excellent area to wait for you vehicle to be serviced and the Television is Excellent, as well as the free coffee and WIFI. I recommend VIP Tires and Service for all your repair needs.

Really happy with the folks at VIP in Bedford. They know their stuff. It is always easy to get scheduled and I think the pricing is very fair. I have switched all my auto maintenance to VIP.

I had a amazing experience with Rob and the tech who fixed my truck. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I made my online appointment and he called to ask if I could drop off the truck early. I am so glad I did. They got me right in and had the issue fixed quickly. I went in because my battery light kept coming on and off. It turned out I needed a alternator and they replaced my serpentine belt which was in rough shape. I am so glad that they checked everything to make sure I would be all set. I would highly recommend this place and I will be coming here from now on for all my repairs. The online appointment scheduling was easier than I expected. Thank you Rob and thank you to the tech (sorry for forgetting your name) for fixing my truck.

I researched the easy to navigate VIP website for a good tire deal. I wanted a good affordable all season tire. I was also having an alignment done after. I drive alot and let's face it NH has snow ❄️ you cannot skimp on tires!! I had 4 new Sumitomo LS tires put on. The man on the phone was great and super helpful in regards to pricing and appt setting. He assured me the 4 tires were in stock, correct size, and they would be available in store on appt day. The man at check in and check out was super helpful. The pricing was decent with B3G1 tire free. I couldn't say no to a free tire right? All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly. Customer service was 5☆ hands down Alignment was a little pricey, but with the pandemic so is everything else! It was almost a 5☆ rating... The only things I didn't like were excessive tire sealant that's extremely noticable some worse then others (see picture) and my wheel covers were not all the way tapped in correctly. All in all I would recommend VIP in Bedford for future tire & car needs. 🚗 The Sumitomo LSH tires are a smooth quiet ride and there's a noticeable difference in ride comfortability on Day 1.

I was indeed happy to be able to get my car fixed to return to Brattleboro area in one day. However, I am well aware of how long it takes to diagnose this problem and how easy it is. And that is about two or three minutes with the scanner or the code reader. If my mechanic can make money doing the same work for $150 or less, then why does it cost me $ 390 for spark plugs and coil at your place? I do not appreciate being taken. I could see that the knee-jerk response when I complained about it was, quote, that's for the technician's time. Employee repeats this again to me. I asked for the diagnostic codes and was not given them until after I paid and was walking out the door. It was not given to me, it was sent to my email. I did not meet the technician, I don't believe. The parts were also marked up greatly. This should have been $200 less and you still would have made money just like my guy does over in Vermont. Everything is a ripoff in New England. Why am I here? Because I like snow. Have a nice life.

I needed an inspection which seems like an easy task but it’s not until I found VIP. My car sits slightly lower than average and no one else in the Londonderry area would do the inspection. I’m addition to the Inspection they got me a new tire and installed it with no issues. Also the prices were really great. If you have a luxury car or expensive wheels you can trust this place to take care of it without making a big deal about it or ripping you off. Will use again.
