VIP is great! It was very easy to make an appointment, the waiting room is nice, they are fast and very nice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Tim went above and beyond to make my first experience at this location a memorable one. I called last minute as I was in the area to see if he could fit me in for an oil change. Not only did he accommodate my oil change, he was also able to get my car, inspected for me as well!! Very impressive customer service I will most certainly be back!!

I discovered a nail in my tire the other week, and within just 2 hours of that I had all new tires! The customer service was superb and very accommodating! Any tire/vehicle related issues? Bring it to VIP Services! Especially the Bedford location! 5 Stars!

Had a slow leaking tire, called VIP Bedford first thing and got an afternoon appointment. They took me on time and the service was finished within 30 mins. This is huge since I stepped away for a late lunch. The repair was reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back. Melissa M.

This is the absolute best tire shop I’ve ever been to. I went to the vip tire shop in Bedford nh, this kind gentleman named Tim had helped me past his shift with my exploded tire. He bent over backwards to help me with my stupid questions and requests and was ultimately kind and amazing service!!! I will never go to a different tire shop again.
