I made an appointment to have my tires changed over from snow to all-weathers. Upon arrival 30 minutes AFTER the store was supposed to open (I had an 8am appt that was accepted and confirmed by the online system), the door was still locked and not a soul in sight. It actually looks like the place closed down and never notified corporate!! There’s only 2 bays that aren’t packed to the gills with spare parts and rubbish. I called the number listed and spoke with the rudest woman who told me a manager would call me about my appointment. Never got a call, and they’ll never get my business again. Don’t waste your time!! This location is clearly not eager to succeed.

I am up in NH on business and my brakes needed to be replaced. I can’t rave more of the outmost professionalism from the team! Tim- store manger was so helpful in the explanation of what is need/ pricing and warranties. The mechanic was exceptional in explaining all to me also. I do need tires however with the pricing of brakes tires will have to wait. I will definitely come back next month when I am back in area for them to take care of me. Regards Kathy Brickman

I brought my car to munroe on rte 101A in Amherst nh. I thought I had an 8 am appt but the store manager told me the techs won’t be in until 9am. So I sat down to wait until 9am. The manager brought my car in and looked at the problem and I was out of there by 8:30. It was excellent service and he went above and beyond his job description and I was so pleased!!! Job well done!! I will always go to munroe muffler and tires for their excellent service!

Place is garbage , went in for 2300 dollars worth of work and they couldn’t even clean the oil that leaked . Went back 2x for the same thing and it’s still leaking . Don’t waste your time or money .

I took my car to Monroe for many years and Jessie and the guys were always so professional and took great care of my car and were very reasonably priced but then they got changed hands. I had an 8:00 appointment for an oil change, they open at 7:30 and at 8:20 they still weren't open.

Great shop, great experience. Just call and make an appointment.

Was told I was going to need something done to my car that would cost thousands of dollars to fix, I ended up bringing it to Meineke right down the road because they were going to do it for about $500/$600 less. Turns out Monro had given me incorrect info and the actual solution cost me less than $400. Absolutely do not recommend Monro but I highly recommend the Meineke that is only half a mile away.
