I waited 6 or 7 minutes before anyone came to the office to wait on me. Once I explained what I needed, they were not very helpful. I left and did no business there and will not go back.

My wife dropped her car off for an oil change . Included in the price they rotate the tires and check all your fluids . Great group of people .

I would rate Zero stars, but it wont let me.. I have never been to Monro before, but they helped over the phone a few months back when I had an issue at another mechanic. I called Friday to set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. On the phone, Scott asked me my first name and phone number, but nothing about my vehicle which I thought was odd. I showed up 5 minutes early and wasn't greeted and couldn't get anyones attention for about 7 minutes. Once someone finally came out to help me, I was told they didn't have the correct oil filter and that they know this has been a problem! My question to him was if they knew this was an on going problem, why wasn't I asked when I made the appointment what kind of car I had so they could make sure they had the correct filter.. he couldn't tell me and he also didn't know how long it would take to get the filter there. I left. I will spend my money elsewhere and with a place that actually takes the time to make sure they have what they need!!

I am compelled to share how awful of service I received recently at Monroe. I had my inspection done and they said my brakes didn't pass and needed the brake pads replaced. The next day while driving home from Boston, the car started making a real loud noise while accelerating. We had to drive back and have them fix whatever they didn't screw in properly. Then I started to notice the brakes were squealing while coming to a full stop. Not trusting Monroe anymore, I took my car to Meineke who informed me the wrong size brake pads were installed and essentially just "everything they did was just wrong". Such a frustrating experience and I will never trust them with anything in the future.

Jack was amazing! Went above and beyond to help me get my tire patched when I didn’t have the wheel lock key. Made my 11 hour drive way more smooth! I was back on the road in no time! Thanks Jack!

Attempted to replace the rear brakes and drums on my car, but ran into some self-induced problems. Jesse and his crew squeezed me in on very short notice and bailed me out. When it came time to fix my mistake, they brought me out on the floor and explained what I had done wrong while showing me how to do it correctly.
