It was an afternoon of Christmas Eve and no repair shops near me were open. They told me to just come in without an appointment and they took me right away and fixed one of the tires with a nail very quickly. They saved my Christmas! :)

Everyone was friendly and they were able to help me even though I didn’t have an appointment! I was in and out quickly

appt for tire change Brought tires and added oil change oil change alone took over an hr and tech broke stem on tire and called auto parts store that took over two hrs to deliver and we're right up street . No one called parts store to see what was taking so long which was only a block away or go to pick up shop wasn't busy manager and other employees were sitting around laughing joking and as soon as food truck came all ran out to get lunch and sat down to eat. I wasn't told there was charge for stem the tech is one who broke and I was there 930 until 115 Finally at 1215 I asked what was going on was parts delivered and was told no so I said forget the part and alignment I needed to go already had to pay for Uber for my daughter to get to work. Still took an hr to get tires on because they didn't bother swapping old tires to new ones on rims while waiting for one stem for one tire.. As car was done manager says oh stem came so I says did u put on he says no u didn't want to so I says how much he say 70 dollars roughly for something they broke so I said no that part cost 5 dollars and takes about 5 min to replace and he said I took a while to do which is a lie My husband was a mechanic who recently passed away and I told this manager that I know about cars and just did a stem on another tire months back. I was hesitant to use a Monroe but option thru tire agent were all monroes and I will never use again . There was one employee work was his name was helpful and held door open asked me to come back he would take care of me and didn't want to lose customer and apolgized for the other guys not being helpful and said he would have gone to pick up part if he knew it was over two hrs to get Click

Awesome service by Mr Donovan ( assistant manager). Great human and really good mechanic. 100% satisfaction

I know at times in past, mechanics have been sketchy here but the guy was by himself and replaced my pads which my warranty covered without a hassle. Former employee would have done everything to say they weren't covered. The guy might need help though and there was nobody to do inspection, which I'm due for.

They checked a concern thoroughly with not only the one questionable tire that was repaired elsewhere but checked all of them and answered some questions...

Will pick up and hang up the phone when open.

Oil change was over priced, and they didn't do a tire rotation like it specified on the paperwork.
