The guys at Midas do a great job. They're always friendly and work hard to get you back on the road again.

Visiting from Texas and realized I was leaking oil on a Saturday night at 3pm. Called the Mercedes dealership and was sent to voicemail with no return call. Called Midas and they got me in right away as they were closing at 5. Probably the cleanest auto shop I’ve ever seen and the guys were SO NICE. They had me fixed and back on the road win 20 minutes and charged me NOTHING. If the locals aren’t utilizing this Midas off Rock Road- you’re really missing out on a great experience. Thanks guys for helping out a stranded traveler!

First time using Midas, but Kenny and Michael were able to get me in for oil change right away ( had to change service time but still was able to get in same day). While I waited (short wait at that) Kenny was able to show me some recommended preventive maintenance for my Civic since it's getting close to 100K miles, which I have been ignoring for some time. Will definitely go back there again for the upkeep maintenance and for any other needed servicing.

Great service! We tried to contact our dealership, but they wanted to keep it for three days. Midas was able to do it in five minutes. Michael, the worker who assisted us, was extremely friendly and helpful. He even gave us additional information about an issue we didn’t know our vehicle had.

It was a fateful early Tuesday morning. I was driving back from Texas and decided to stop at the gas station to fuel up. I took a look at my tires since I had a gut feeling about something being wrong and there it was, a bubble. Upon further research I learned the wall of the tire most likely had been compromised and it needed to be repaired or replaced. I drove another 2 hrs after my discovery and made it to home to Wichita. Needless to say I was on a mission to get this problem solved in the morning and here is where my other problem began. Finding a place that would have an opening. I called the first tire place closest to me and was informed there were no openings until Friday. Next, I called MIDAS and I was promptly greeted by Michael. I asked him about a possible opening the same day and explained my issue to him. He quickly gave me an appointment within 2 hours of my call and even had my tire in case it had to be replaced. I went to my appointment and was blown away by the outstanding customer service. I was greeted with a friendly smile, they quickly took my information and started working on my issue. Unfortunately, my tire wasn’t fixable so it had to be replaced, but thanks to MIDAS having my tire in stock it was a breeze. The whole process took about an hour. I want to thank the whole MIDAS team for making this process so simple. I am definitely coming back anytime I have an issue. Keep up the great work.

My experience at Wichita Rock Road Midas was exceptional! The customer service when I scheduled the appointment, to the service and knowledge I received while my car was being serviced was top notch! Tykara Chiles helped so much with learning about financing with the store credit card, the knowledge on what was needed today and we planned anothet store visit and she will assist me in the near future to purchase new tires! The store is ran like a family and as a single Mother those small things matter!!!

Hesitant at first. My family has not had positive experiences with Midas in the past 30yrs or so. They were surprised when I told them I got an oil change for our car with a coupon at Midas. Even more surprising that it was a great experience. I took in our van with 245,000 miles, about 2 weeks later the engine steamed after a carwash. I looked at the oil and swear it was empty. I called Midas and made an appt for the next day to have it looked at. I was told the oil was fine just very hard to see. When I went to pick it up, Mike showed me under the car and all the oil leaks. He showed me which were the worst. I was also told nothing needed to be done right now. When I asked if they could cut off a piece of heat shield that had been rattling for a year, they did it at no extra charge to the inspection cost. After that, I've taken in our suburban and Kia, all high mileage with no problems. Kenny even helped me when my headlight bulb base broke off when I changed it. I showed it to him to explain and he helped me free of charge. It took just about 2 minutes because I didn't know about the red clip that needs pulled out first. However, the old Midas my family experienced decades ago, I believe would've kept it and charged an hour of labor. I completely trust these guys and will keep taking my cars here.
