Unfortunately my tire was unable to be repaired but luckily I had an amazing visit. I was mainly working with Kenny who helped me understand exactly what needed to happen. I really appreciate the work Midas is doing and will definitely be returning for any future issues.

I had an oil change done at a Midas on North Rock Road in Wichita, Ks. While waiting I observed a man named Adam helping two young college students. The two men were having their car checked for a noise it was making. The mechanic looked at it and came back with 4 fairly significant issues that needed to be addressed. It was readily apparent that English was not the first language of the students but Adam, the manager of the store took a great deal of time carefully explaining each issue and explaining what could happen if each issue got worse. Adam never pressured the students toward getting anything fixed but instead explained that he could understand that would cost a lot to take care of all the issues at. Even noting that he himself was a student on e and knew how tight things can be. He even went so far as going back to the mechanic and asking his recommendation of which issues were the highest priority. No upsell, no “mechanic speak, no drama. This is why I go to Midas.

These guys saved me. I had a headlight bulb out right before I was leaving for Florida. They got me right in and had it changed in 20 mins. In and out. No hassle, great crew, they won’t disappoint

After looking at our handicap accessible van, the manager Michael Swift went over every individual item on our van that needed attention. He gave us the list of items in order that needed fixed first. Being the day after Christmas, the shop was busy but all the workers were friendly and attentive. We will be back to take care of our van services.
