04/17/2024 - Easy to schedule tire service appointment by phone. Courteous, helpful Service Representative Juan provided an accurate cost estimate and completion time. I was able to leave my tires needing service and received a call when service was completed. Juan helped load my tires into my truck. I definitely recommend this Firestone Service Center. Thank you.
I was on my way to central Texas and had a blow out on my trailer. These guys got me a replacement tire asap. When I got back to my trailer I noticed that the blowout caused damage to another tire. I limped back to the shop and they replaced that tire very quickly too. These guys had a can do attitude and did an excellent job !
Very rude customer service. Never go to this one I'm a regular at derby and maize firestone for a reason. This location is unkind and bare minimum effort for the customer needs mindset. Will be going to my regular firestones for now on. Just tried this one out because I moved closer to this location and had high hopes. So sad .

Have gotten my run flat tires for my mini cooper hear for the last 6 years and now there are none to be found, size 195 55 16, not sure why a nation wide tire center cannot get these tires?????

Car repair was completed on time and ready to pickup when I arrived. All employees were very knowledgeable!
By far the best experience we have ever had with getting our car fixed. The guys were very through with the inspection of our vehicle. Kept us informed on the issues and what all needed to be done. They even offered to fix another issue they noticed that was not related to our initial concern. They were very fair with prices and looked for as many discounts they could apply to help lower our cost. So very thankful we for all they did to get us back on the road. Would highly recommend them and we will continue to take our cars to them.
