Needed an emergency tire patch and they got me in within 30 minutes and out within an hour. Always friendly, helpful and do great work

Always great service.!! Bryan is always helpful and very informative. They are always quick with repairs, and all the staff is very helpful.
Took the car in for some service and while sitting in the lobby, I witnessed Nick (the manager) and his team give exemplary customary service to a rude customer. They went above and beyond to accommodate this customer despite the customer's accusatory attitude and unnecessary behavior. Nick deserves an award and I will definitely bring my car in for any future services.
This is the better east side Firestone. Faster and better service altogether. Love grabbing a quick air up on cold days and know they'll do it quickly and with a positive attitude. Went in for an alignment had a rotation done earlier in the week and was told I need wiper blades (I dont) asked if I needed anything else and they were honest and said no.
Manger and employees were great .need tires for my daughter car .they took time to fit her in .thanks Happy dad

I dropped off my car on Saturday to get my brakes replaced and when I picked up my vehicle, it was making a lot of noise every time that I would brake at a red light or even slowing down. I called the store back and asked if we could get that fixed and Brian was very helpful. He squeezed me in on the next day to take a look at it again and took some time to explain what the issue was and apologized for not catching it earlier. He took care of the problem and I appreciated his honesty on the whole process. Will definitely come back and ask for his assistance in the future.
Recently took a car in for a standard oil change and asked for inspection, 2400.00 later on on inspection report you would think the vehicle would need repaired asap, brake bad , rotors bad, calipers bad oil leak on manifold etc. Personally bought brakes from auto zone 50.00 my brakes after taking off 50% life left, tightened 2 loose manifold nuts.. In conclusion watch these salesman very close they are not above board.

Booked an appointment a week in advance for an oil change on their website. Called day of and Brian said no I can tell you right now with looking we don't do appoints ments past 4 and then ended the Call.
