The works there can get out worked by a guy in a wheelchair and then the boss at the front desk says that one of the works ain't working on a car rite won't take anything back to them

Went in about 3 weeks ago and got an Alignment and Tire rotation. Told the Manager "Please do Not jack with the tire pressure, I've got them exactly where I want them" Watched him write it on my Service Paperwork. Well,they lowered my air pressure by 13psi per tire. Nobody considers how difficult it is to find a free air station that isn't broken! 🙄

Was told an appointment wasn't needed just bring it in, in the morning. Brought it in the morning. Only to be told they where booked.
I had called and spoke with Brian and told him what was going on with my tire and he told me to stop by and he would take a quick look at it!! When I got there he was very helpful and service was amazing!!
I came in for four new tires, which was nerve-racking to begin with. And even though they were down a guy, they got me in and out super quick. Bryan, had the BEST sense of humor- nothing phased him, he was awesome! THANK YOU!!!
My serpentine belt broke on a Saturday night and they had me up on running by Sunday evening. Brian was very helpful!

Amazing.....saved the whole road trip My wife and kids were driving from Florida to Colorado when they got a flat tire just outside of Wichita, They were still 500+ miles from home, and thank God they came here. The guy at the front desk (I never got his name or I'd give him a big shout out) pulled my wife's car into the shop ahead of at least a dozen other cars and got them back on the road in about 30 minutes. Thank you Firestone Complete Auto Care for saving my wife and children from being stranded hundreds of miles from anyone or anything they know. A little kindness goes a long way.
I had set up an appointment and they refused me service because their website isn’t correct

Needed four new tires for our daughter traveling to Vermont, Bryan got the job done in great time and the service and quality was outstanding. Thank you for your service.
Daughter in law got four new tires here a few months ago. Great same day service. Recently one tire wouldn’t keep pressure. Went in on the 20th and they said they couldn’t even look at it until the 30th. TEN DAYS. REPEAT: COULDN’T EVEN GET AN APPOINTMENT TO LOOK AT THE TIRE FOR TEN DAYS! Daughter lives out of town. She took my car. I’ll either drive her car around for 10 days airing it up two or three times a day or go somewhere else and just pay for the repair myself. Proper response by Firestone would be: “Leave it and we’ll try real hard to squeeze it in tomorrow and get her on the road. But can’t promise anything. Sorry, but we’re just swamped. If that doesn’t work for you you might try taking it to _____ or ____ tomorrow. Again, real sorry but we’re swamped and short handed.” I would have given a zero star rating but I didn’t want people to think I forgot the star rating.
