Firsttly, they really did do an amazing job working on our car! I can't even deny that in any way, AND every person we spoke to were super nice to us which was refreshing because we had't been having the best experiences at other places we've taken it to. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because when we brought our car in, our ONLY car at that, there was a huge storm that knocked out all the power. Our car was the lucky one that got stuck on the alignment lift when it went out...on a Friday at that! We went back up there on Saturday and found out their power was still out, and they are closed Sundays, so we had to go all weekend with 2 kids and no car at all. We spent so much money on Uber rides it's not even funny, and we are not well off people by any means. They finally called us Monday morning to let us know it was ready to be picked up. I really thought they would give us a decent discount on our bill since no one called us once all weekend to let us know anything about our car. Thought it wasn't their fault they had no power, it wasn't ours either, an our entire weekend got turned upside down bc of this issue. My husband ended up asking them for a discount due to what happened and they did offer us $60 off our $400 bill. I guess that was something, but not what I was hoping for. We spent way over $60 on Uber rides for the weekend to get around. I hate to say anything bad about them still thought bc again they did amazing work on our car. It hasn't drove this good in far too long, and they even diagnose an additional issue for us when we brought it in for only an alignment thay they fixed as well. So I still would highly recommend this company!

Brought my son’s car in (first time customer). They diagnosed the problem, gave me a preliminary estimate, & after getting into the actual work they let me know they were able to fix it for several hundred dollars LESS than their original estimate. SO NICE TO FIND SUCH AN HONEST SHOP!!!
I’ve been a customer for several years and trust GoodDeal wholeheartedly. I recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation. They treat me with respect, kindness, and courtesy and I always leave feeling confident in the work that was done. Jacob will take good care of you and you can expect quality service from the team. I had to go here since my warranty provider works with them and my experience was horrible. I needed an engine replacement and they did everything to avoid doing the work. After the engine was replaced I still had engine issues, come to find out someone didn’t plug in the throttle position sensor! Wow.

I know it’s frustrating when you have to have a engine replaced immediately after buying a vehicle. But engine replacement doesn’t mean every part on the truck is new.
My family and I and also co-workers we always come here for business but after my wife took our other vehicle down there for a oil change they treated her very poorly and JAMES the owner slammed the door in her face , he said he was forced to do a oil change no you were NOT she said she would reschedule but you said it’s fine . If you are in a bad mood or hate your customers that bad maybe it’s time to CLOSE DOWN & do something different SIR !!!! I called and talked to JAMES , and he didn’t have much to say and then RUDELY HUNG UP IN MY FACE !!!You just lost 5 different customers over this BE BLESSED

Jun 25, 2023Hi Lovely, I spoke with Jacob the service manager. He said when you called Tuesday to setup an appointment he told you that we had Thursday @ 4 available, you told him you would call back after checking your wifes schedule. You did not call back. Fast forward to Thursday at 4 and your wife shows up WITHOUT an appointment. Try this name, and try this name, and i even pulled up our call logs and showed her the last appointment was scheduled a month ago. She wasn't accepting that she didn't have an appointment! I told her I would do my best to get it in, but not sure if I could. I.E. I had one guy call in sick, one guy go home with a pulled groin, and another guy with a sprained ankle, all not her fault. Again I didn't think I would get it done before close. Thats when she so very politely said UGH wont you stay late!!!! NO! So I made the decision to ignore the 3 other customers waiting for there cars and put your wife to the front of the line! I finished the oil change and came up front to tell Jacob your vehicle was ready! Now the door is 10 feet away from the counter where your wife was standing, hardly anywhere close to slamming it in her face. I understand my actions were not as they should have been. Absolutely fantastic place to get your car serviced. First off Jacob the service manager really knows his stuff when it comes to your vehicle and gives out great pricing as well as great customer service. Their group of technicians are all just amazing and have been in the automotive industry for quite some time. Anytime I need something fixed for any of my family and friends and myself vehicles highly recommend bringing it to them! 10/10 if i could put more stars i would cause i am always satisfied with the my visit with all my vehicles!

I used their online reservation system to set up a brake inspection, and the next morning I recieved an email notification letting me know that my appointment had been accepted. Approximately 30 minutes after drop off, I received a quote. The very next morning my car was ready to go, new pads, new roters, and no more noise when I stop. Excellent experience, will recommend to others.

They made me an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time, I showed up thinking my wheel bearings needed replaced, they got it in the shop and figured it out was just my tired 5 that were bad, thru got the tires ordered for me and put on the vet next day and the truck rides great again. Thank you guys!! I'll definitely be back for more automotive needs in the future!

Took my car in to have a squeaky belt looked at. I told them I had already replaced both belts and that the squeak continued. Maybe the bearings went bad? I had no idea but I was looking for anything to help me fix the problem. Two hours after dropping the car off they call me and tell me that the belts needs to be replaced. Was I told that there was any wear on the belt? No. Was it loose? No. Just that I should replace the belts again and go from there. I picked up my car and paid $25 for a diagnostic fee that I can only imagine consisted of a person starting the car, hearing it squeal, and saying, "yup it's the belts". Absolute waste of my time and money. I would have been more then okay paying the $25 if they pointed me in any direction or gave me some helpful advice on what it may be. "Replace the belts again". That's what I got for $25. The receipt also included a $3 parts fee??? And to top it all off, the receipt they gave me under the, "Labor Description" tab, WAS MY EXACT WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUES I WROTE THEM BEFORE DROPPING THE CAR OFF. Waste of time and money. Probably not gonna get my money back but I learned my lesson. Don't come here.

May 25, 2023Hi Danny, I have looked over your review and spoke with the tech that looked at your vehicle. I don't understand where the issue is. I copied your complaint with your vehicle, so my tech knew exactly what to look for. I don't see an issue with that and this is the first complaint we've had about that in 11 years. We do it that way so there is no confusion on what you are wanting inspected. I spoke with you personally and you stated that you had already replaced the belts yourself and that was your exact words in the "copied" part of the paperwork that you have provided. I spoke with you personally and told you how tight to get the belt when installing. Now after speaking with my tech I was informed those belts looked pretty old. They were frayed and glazed over with no part numbers on them indicating that they have not been replaced. If you would like I could replace them for you I was under the impression from you that you knew how and already have replaced the belts.
