Easy to work with. No hard up-sells…they just tell you what they found. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. They get stuff done in the time they say, and the price isn’t ever a surprise. New location opened so now it’s even easier to get an appointment. Have you run across many shops like that? Convenient location right off I-35 in Merriam.

This shop has never let me or my family down in the ten years I've been a customer. Every time I go there know matter what problem I'm having. They get me in and explain the problem and any future problems that may arise. They have never tried to up sell me parts or over charge for work done. One of the most important things I love about Gooddeal's, is if I pull up or call to ask a question. They take their time free of charge to give me an answer. I own 7 vehicles and their the only shop I and my family and friends go too. Try them and smile when you leave happy knowing your car and family are in good hands. Thanks !!!!!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star! Had to because if not wouldn’t be able to leave a review. Took my car in for a small oil leak only to be told my car over heated when they had it running. Told Jacob, it wasn’t over heating when I took it to you so how is that? Jacob got combative and said I not working on your car. So he was going to let me drive it without putting any antifreeze in it. I look at told him are you kidding me! You’re going to let me drive it like this! He put antifreeze in it. I took to another place all that was wrong with it was a cap and that’s it for the oil leak. Oh, all so my car hasn’t over heated at all!!! Beware do your home work!!!

Paulette we refused to do any business with you because you are making accusation and being combative. I have plenty of great experiences with my customers and we have built our business on trust. You brought in your vehicle for oil leaks, check engine light and cold air blowing at idle with heat on and to see if your extended warranty would cover those repairs. When test driving your vehicle for those issues, it overheated. When we got it into the shop we saw you had no coolant in the system and every hose was wet around the seams. I informed you of the leaks we identified and that warranty was going to cover your oil filter housing but not your hoses and you said you were going to call me back. Then you called back and my service writer answered the phone and I could hear you yelling and cursing at him so I grabbed the phone from him then the accusations came that your vehicle had never over heated until we touched your vehicle and you just had your coolant checked that previous morning. I told you that we might have done a more complete inspection and you said so you're calling my son a word that I will leave out of this response. I stated I never said that I said we did a more complete inspection. I intentionally say it like that because I don't know what the last person was told to look for, and sometimes you can get focused on one issue. I didn't know it was your son until you brought it up. Even still you continued to yell and curse me out. You started blaming us and told us not to touch a thing on your car. My job is to inform you of what is going wrong with your vehicle that's all I was doing so at that point I said that was fine I would not like to do business with you and that decision came from how you conducted yourself with us. You said you'll send a tow truck. Then you arrived to drive the car home yourself and asked why I hadn't put coolant in your vehicle. I stated you said, "it was getting towed out" and you asked we not touch your car any further. I then filled your coolant at no charge. I even showed you when filling your vehicle up with coolant that your hoses are so weak that a simple yank could potentially rip them and they are wet around the seams I still have the inspection with pictures. I warned you it could overheat again. You asked if I would accept your apology and do business with you and I politely refused. I am glad your car hasn't overheated on you yet but I would still advise on replacing the coolant hoses. It does not make me happy that our interaction turned out this way I would like to help as many people as I can but I do not have to tolerate anyone choosing to disrespect our employees for doing what they are supposed to do.

Weather was hot, and so was my air conditioner. Good deal was able to work me in next day. Fix was reasonable in time, cost, and procedure. They are always my first choice. Highly recommended

I like this place and trust them but not real happy with a recent experience. My Van was not idling as smooth as it should, but driving good. I was surprised when I got a call that said I need a tune up because they had tuned it up about 1.5 years ago. My mistake was I did not ask to talk to Jacob, but I agreed to the tune up. Next day Jacob calls and says tune up did not work, further test indicate a cylinder with low compression. He said we will undue the tune up and put your old parts back in so we do not have to charge for a tune up. I paid the $70.00 fee for the diagnosis but now the Van is running worse then when I took it in. Wish the compression check had been done first, maybe that is not possible as I am not a mechanic. I will go back but will be more cautious in my decision making about work to be done.
