Very good customer service. Was able to get my car in quickly and had an answer within 2 hrs telling what the problem was and the cost to repair which was very reasonable. Had car ready in half day.
I had issues with good deal and having a car in and out over the same issue, however the next day I had a long discussion with Jacob from good deal, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, they even test drove and hand delivered the car directly to our driveway, while I remain frustrated with the overarching situation I am incredibly grateful and happy with how they handled and resolved the situation.
You guy’s are awesome 👏 I would and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks so much 🙏
Jacob, everything about this post isn’t correct except the Bo charge for the antifreeze. You go ahead write what you want. The end of the day people will find out. The only one cussing was your shop guy that’s very hateful! He thought I didn’t hear what he said” Better be glad I was a women” so you go ahead and write what you want. Fast. Friendly. Honest. . True mechanics who did not try to rip me off by suggesting "extra work" needed on my car. I have had that experience one too many times. From now on, I am a Gooddeal Auto Service customer.

Service was good oil change, on way home kept smelling burnt oil apparently mechanic spilt oil on exhaust hope it goes away soon terrible smell
