The staff at Gerber were kind and attentive, and helped me arrange a ride to get a rental after drop-off. They also communicated with me at least every other day during repair to let me know the current status of my repair work and to give me expectations for a reasonable completion timeframe. Matt, specifically, was responsible for all of my communication, as well as my drop-off and estimate. At one of the more stressful times in my year, Matt helped make the repair process a breeze and made me feel that its completion was a shared priority. If I need collision or repair service again, I'm coming to Gerber for the staff experience and quality of work. My car looks as though it was never rear-ended.

Gerber Collision & Glass is a fantastic business and went above and beyond to help me. I was in a minor accident that required me to leave my car there for a week or so. They were the body shop certified by USAA, my auto insurance company. While I was driving the rental car provided by USAA, I parked in an underground parking garage and the overhead pipes dripped some sort of calcium substance onto the rental car paint. It dried extremely hard and was so hard to remove that Enterprise Rent-a-Car was going to charge me another $500 deductible to accept the rental car. The manager at Gerber called me, told me to bring the car back, and he and another employee spent over an hour cleaning and polishing the affected areas on the rental car so that I wouldn't have to do another insurance claim for the damage. The work they did on my own car was also superlative. They gave it back to me looking brand-new, as if the accident never happened. Gerber also cleaned out the entire inside of my car for no charge. Gerber Collision & Glass is absolutely top-notch and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future and recommending that anyone I know does the same. Thank you!
