This is the only place I can get my truck serviced without removing the slide-in camper. Bill is always helpful and tries his best to satisfy our needs. They have upgraded their technicians whose work I have been pleased with. New(04/13/2024): I've had Kansasland replace two tires (originally purchased elsewhere) one at a time over the past several months. They were very cooperative about finding tires to match the other tires. Today I replaced the last two tires. I called at 7:30 A.M., and Joey said he would order two tires. They arrived by 3:00P.M., and I was on the road by 4:P.M. Awesome job, Joey!

I am a full time RVer and have used many tire shops and Ford dealers for service while on the road. I called Kansasland and made an appointment for the same day. Tire rotation and oil change. Thanks! That is as far as my thanks go! When I arrived I was told the cost of rotating tires is 13.95 per tire. Kansasland had me over the barrel since I depart the area the next day. I have never, at any Ford Dealership or independent tire shop across this country, paid what this company charge me for tire rotation and oil change......$150.00 The most recent same service I had preformed was half of that amount. My only hope is that most of that money went to the guy who actually made the money for the company. Never use this company, period! Your response is pathetic! I have had my truck serviced, the same as with your company, several times since I left Salina and it never exceeded $100, NEVER! You never told me about the total cost. To claim you did is a lie! I hope people never use your service! Your fee of 13.95 per tire to rotate is nothing but robbery! Have a great day!

I was told about a few things that were wrong with my tires and brakes that were not told to me by the company I got my car from. Thank goodness I found out. Could be a bad thing.

Got estimate for $45 since my auto needs some parts replacements before an alignment, and if I go back within 30 days they will credit $45 toward my service.

Their work is fine but you can’t really trust anything they quote you. They’ll try to convince you that every tire is an emergency. And I’m talking tires with well over 1/8 of tread left in the worst spots. Also quoted me for upper & lower ball joints that nobody else can find anything wrong with. They quoted a little over $3,000 for work that after getting 2nd opinions and cutting out the unnecessary stuff cost me about $1,200. And I live 2 blocks away. Truck is still driving fine months later. I’d be scared to know what they’re trying to get away with from out of towners.
