Got scammed out of $400+. Completely took advantage of me while stranded in Kansas on my way to Missouri. Kept giving us weird looks and felt really uncomfortable. They gladly took my money knowing very well my car was un-drivable. Really could have used that money somewhere else to repair my vehicle.

Made an appointment and showed up to have tires balanced and rotated. Service could not have gone better - took 45 minutes and cost exactly what I was quoted. Waiting room is comfortable and Joey at the desk is knowledgeable and very friendly. A+

Was traveling to Salina to visit family and noticed uneven wear on my front tires driving from Montana. Called Kansasland tire and they were able to get me in right away to do a wheel alignment. Service and hospitality from staff was excellent, took great care of my Lexus. Got my alignment back on track and even noticed the shimmy on the brakes go away. Would highly recommend for great service!!

Incredible service! Only tire shop IN TOWN that had my sports car tire size on a very stressful move across the country to Dallas Texas. I called ahead and had a same day appointment and they had me out of there and back on the road in incredible time! I cannot suggest this tire shop strongly enough!! Nathan and Courtney are incredible

My family has gone to Kansasland for as long as I can remember to keep our vehicles in good condition. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else—the folks here are very personable, their services are fairly priced, and we’ve always had great experiences with them.

Called first and priced product (rim gaurd), when I got there to pick it up then I was told that they instead sold a product called BIO-BALLAST. They said that it was heavier than the Rim Gaurd, so I accepted it instead. After I got it loaded and went to Pay for it, the price was double. Since it was already loaded, I went ahead and bought it. When I filled my tire, it should have weighed between 48-60lbs. but it only weighed 35 lbs, which is approx. What straight water would have weighed so now I don't have the weight I wanted, and I am wondering if it will freeze in my tires. I wish I'd just returned it when I found out it was almost double in price. While the staff was friendly, I will probably not recommend them.

Had them align the tires. They showed us pictures of how far it was out of alignment and how perfect it was when they were finished to the degree. Even though I had gotten 50,000 miles out of my 40,000 miles previously. Still in the steering wheel set at 10:00 and 4:00 not straight and it wandered down the road. They told me it why it wandered down the road and when I got it back it was set at 8:00 and 2:00. And still wonders down the road.

They always do good work here a bit on the high side for prices but the quality of work is well worth it. My employer always brings Vehicles down here for tires and they are very reasonable with my employer with tires. They've done flat repairs and installed tires for myself my employer and my wife. They're always very timely and orderly with their work and they have a good product and a good staff I would recommend them highly particularly if you're out of town or you you always need tires they seem to have a quality product of quality people.

Bill knowingly overcharged us for a tire covered by road hazard. While the tire was being repaired by a service tech the manager showed my husband and I a print out of our bill and said himself “oops I overcharged you, I’ll fix that”. When he went to ring us up the price had not changed. I stated multiple times that we had road hazard on the tire being repaired and he still neglected to give us the correct price. Eventually we paid and left because it was clear there was no getting through to him, and he made my husband and I both extremely uncomfortable. I’ve had wonderful experiences at other Kansasland tire locations, but this store fell far below their high standards of service.
