Had a issue with my "new " tires...they actually honored the warrenty since I had the proper documentation proving the requirements and made it very simple to get replacements. Bill was cool and easy to work with. Definitely getting my business again.

We live in Colorado and we’re visiting Kansas for the weekend. We blew the side wall out of a tire on the interstate. We called Kansasland and spoke to Bill. They were close to closing but agreed to get us in anyway so we did not have to drive home on our spare. The customer service was exceptional and they were super fast replacing our tire. We recommend Kansaland and will use them again if we’re ever in the Salina, KS area again. Thank you again!

My husband and I were in our RV traveling through Salina, KS when our tire on our car dolly blew right after we got gas. We pulled into this business and they were closed. So we were scrambling to find someone to fix it on a Sunday. After calling every business we could find on google. we finally found someone to come fix it. When he was taking the tire off of the dolly the owner of this establishment called the guy who was fixing the tire and said I don’t want you working in my parking lot. NOW ITS NOT LIKE HE WAS TAKING HIS BUSINESS. He was CLOSED!! THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY!! I wish people would have a heart and show compassion to others!

I've had them work on my pickup a few times and up until this last visit had pretty good experiences. This time I called and scheduled multiple services and asked them to leave a note for one of the mechanics about a prior service. When I got back to get my pickup they had only changed the oil. 1 out of for requests I made, and they ignored me when they owed me a refund for part of a service they screwed up. Not sure I can go back.

Found that the gas tank had a hole in it. Called Kansasland, Bill said bring it in. I took it in the next morning, they found the leak. Bill said needed a replacement, so long story short, left the trk overnight. They called the next day and said that the trk was done. KSLAND always does a great job. They have a great team down there.

We were traveling through on a very long road trip and noticed our tire going low from a screw. We stopped in and they had us back on the road in 30 mins. Great service and very friendly.

Well, they can do oil changes and tire rotations but ask them to do anything else and it’s a guessing game. Many disappointing experiences here. I paid a lot there and things rarely got fixed the first time. Had to pay again same price to get things partly fixed. They always guessed wrong or gave “faulty” parts more than enough times. These guys do not know how to fix cars. I only went back because it was under warranty. Yet they still couldn’t seem to get it right. They always gave up after the third time replacing a warranty item. Went to the same chain in a different state and they solved the problem immediately. Don’t trust this location. If you speak with Bill, run. All he does is charge customers to get their cars not fixed.

I had a blowout on I70 just into Kansas and we stopped for the night in Salina. I called them the next morning and they had my tire in stock. They had me in and out in under an hour and I was back on my way. Great service and competitively priced.

They quickly and efficiently changed my oil. They had me back out the door in no time. Friendly staff and will be visiting again for my next oil change.

I had a very good experience here. I was going through Salina on a road trip and noticed my vehicle was pulling slightly right. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get new tires on my vehicle and suggested to get an alignment on my road trip but it wasn't urgent at the moment. I appreciated that he even said if I have other problems while traveling to see if I can come back and they'll take care of what's necessary to make it right. Vehicle is running well and no more pulling to the right. I would recommend going here.
