I was able to get my Corolla in on a Saturday afternoon to replace the alternator and get a new battery. One of the few shops open on Saturday near me, so that was very convenient. They're very good at responding to customer feedback to make sure that things are right.

As for what I can see, In the system it shows a detailed estimate of service we texted and delivered to your cell phone before the work was approved and started. I see your point about not getting the invoice before you pay, but since the total was an exact match with the estimate some people prefer the invoice reflecting 'paid' with a zero balance. You should anticipate a call in the next 24hrs - Thanks again
I trust this business and Chris who is who I have worked with on 3 of my vehicles. He works hard, is honest and trustworthy! Would recommend Overland Park Auto Clinic!!
