Worst service ever, charging almost thrice the cost for parts and can't fix simple issues while taking premium prices. Paid big money just to realize the problem still persists. Workers are not qualified enough.

I was very impressed from beginning to end. The customer service representative was amazing and very personable. Very professional from start to finish. We knew what was going to happen and were asked every step of the way. We were informed and I never thought we were going to be taken advantage of. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Louis was very kind and trustworthy. I appreciated him telling me my vehicle was in excellent condition and safe to drive on a long trip. I even overheard him making a deal with a man who wanted to go else where over $20 difference in an oil change. He said it wasn’t worth losing his business. He was very patient and kind.

Best Customer Care! I was stranded and had to get my car towed into the shop and even after waiting hours for a tow Eric waited the few minutes at closing to make sure we got taken care of and answered with no irritation. It really turned out to be something so small but the positive attitude and transparency goes so far!

Went in to get a leaking tire fixed we bought from them 2 months ago and was told it would take an hour at the most, 3 hours later it was done. After driving off I got a notice from my car saying the tire was losing pressure so I returned after calling them about the issue. They added more air to the tire, but said they couldn't find a different leak and sent me on my way refusing to look anymore, after spending less then 5 minutes on it. Here I am driving on a spare since they couldn't fix the issue and refused to look at the issue anymore. I would have gladly bought a new tire if it's what was needed.

Louis is phenomenal and they always handle business at this Midas.
