Chris was fully engaged when the van was dropped off. He ask us several questions trying to get a feeling for what we might be looking at. He was very busy but promised an estimate early the next morning. He call at 9:30 with pricing and time. I never had to call wondering when it would be done, Chris kept me informed. I was very surprised when Chris call and said that the work was complete and delivered FOUR DAYS EARLY. Don’t let his age fool you, he understands the work of a good mechanic and what the customer expects. Keep it up!!

One of the best auto shop experiences I've had in a while. They did an oil change with an inspection and were able to replace my battery when it was testing a little low. The mechanic even reset my car clock after putting in the new battery. I was in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciate that you can schedule online. Definitely will be back in the future!

The whole crew was fantastic. Even assisting me with getting me home after drop off since I had no way home. They were very attentive to my concerns and spoke with me candidly and clearly about vehicles issues and costs and risks involved if I didn’t repair some of the problems. I was able to make a informed decision while feeling confident I was dealing with a honest mechanic which is very important to me. Absolutely have found my new shop!

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with what an awesome experience that being referred to Overland Park Auto Clinic has been!!! They took on the challenge that other shops declined! LITERALLY!!! The first two shops that I took my beloved little Honda Fit to, REFUSED TO TAKE ON THE JOB! Granted, she WAS A REAL MESS of cut wires, ignition all loose and barely hanging on, and many missing pieces of the steering column. But after being HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a friend, (WHO HIMSELF IS AN AUTO MECHANIC! ...LOL... but takes the jobs that he doesn't feel confident in doing, and leaves in trust to O.P. Auto Clinic!) I was able to feel the confidence and care from Chris and the gang that they could bring my baby back to life! AND THEY DID!!! They explained everything along the way. The pricing was VERY fair. I'm an extremely satisfied and GRATEFUL customer! I recently took my vehicle here. They were thorough and showed me the results of all the testing done, along with an analysis of the issue. They were professional and honest. I will definitely take my car there for future work that needs to be done.

I showed up without an appointment as car died night before. It was jumped and driven here to get an idea of what was wrong and how to fix. Very professional and worked me into their schedule same day. Alternator replaced. Highly recommend.

Thorough, prompt, and helpful. Their online system is incredibly user friendly. They posted photos of what was wrong with my car to their online system so I could see what needed fixing and why, then categorized the urgency of needs, which is very helpful for our ancient car!
