I live a couple hours from KC and was in town for a doctor's appointment. On the way up I was putting up with a serious wheel balance problem. I randomly stop at New Concept on Merriam Dr with hopes of getting my problem fixed for the trip home. The lady at the front desk understood my concerns and quickly went to work to squeeze me in the schedule. She ended up sending me to New Concept on 87th St in Overland Park. (just a few miles away) There Mike was waiting on me and got me right in the shop. Mike recommend a couple places within walking distance to go eat while I waited. It took a little longer than expected but my tires were badly out of balance. The guy in the shop wasn’t satisfied with the results of the balance so he dismounted the tires and rotated them on the wheels and rebalanced them again to get the specs to meet his approval. So on my trip home I rode in smooth comfort thanks to his extra effort. It was an excellent experience from the lady (sorry I don’t remember her name) getting me squeezed in on 87th to help with lunch to my smooth ride home due to extra effort in the shop. Great group of people meeting their customers needs. We need more like them in today’s business. I will recommend them to all I can. Thanks again New Concept Auto Service!

I had a wonderful experience at New Concepts Auto Service. Everyone was so nice. They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done with my car. Drinks and snacks were provided for you while you wait for your car to be worked on. Overall, I give this a 5 star rating.

Mike and the TEAM at New Concept are wonderful. After several trips to the dealer to resolve an issue, getting the run around and outrageous estimates I made the call to New Concept, Mike got me scheduled in that day, I received a detailed written estimate with a time line on how long it would. The issue with my vehicle was corrected, vehicle is running great and my wallet isn't empty. Very knowledgeable, GREAT service with a warranty, communication, and VERY affordable pricing. I will be using Mike and New Concept Team for all my vehicle service needs going forward and HIGHLY recommend you give them call for your vehicle service needs.

New Concept is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I've been to shops in 3 different states and this is still the best one. They drove me from my house to the shop and then back home free of charge 3 times and even stayed late at work to accommodate me on a Friday night. My truck was in rough shape when it got there and now it runs like new! I was treated with complete respect by everyone there the whole 1.5 weeks we were in contact. They did not take advantage of me and did everything they said they would correctly the 1st time and charged me fairly. They even set me up with a beyond excellent warranty for the truck and all the work they did to make sure my dog and I had a safe trip driving across the country. This is the 3rd shop I got estimates from and I'm glad I chose them after not letting the first 2 shops work on it. I am forever grateful to New Concept, to Leevi, John, and especially Mike for treating us with such care and professionalism. Thank you!!!!

I had to have my truck towed and feared the worse as far as not only what the troubles were but what that BILL was gonna look like.. I expressed the urgency and NEED that I had to have the truck running and back in my possession asap and I don’t have a lot of money. John and Jeremy, their crew knocked this out SO fast and not only that, they worked around my financial woes, offered financing and provided such an amazing amount of comfort that is typically unheard of when dealing with auto shops. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so 100%. God is good and so are these men. All of the servicing I’ll need moving forward will be brought their way. Thanks again fellas.

They did so much work rebuilding my 1990 Jeep wrangler, that I have had for over 30 years. It had been sitting in my garage for over 10 years, and didn’t run at all! He took every wire out, replaced it, got the engine back up and running, put a fuel injection system in, and helped with numerous other projects. Did an amazing job. I had a loud squealing noise after I got it back. I called them and they got it fixed immediately. I’ve had so many compliments on how good it looks now. His prices were reasonable, and the attention to detail to keep it looking like a classic car, were amazing. I would take my car to him any time
