Ok I won’t ever do business at wornall but Grandview location is great ! Nice and professional. I went there to find my sisters car and was told it’s not there. I looked around and I know it was towed there ? So I said well ok. I decided no I’m walking back behind the gate and there it was ! So he almost cause me to leave and wonder where was the car towed in stead of saying well let’s look way in back to make sure. Other than that the guy was nice and looked at our car as a courtesy ! I thanked him but he’s not the reason why I would not use that location. It’s the lady at the front desk. Not sure if it’s cause I’m black or what but I sensed attitude. She said ok I need to call the Tow guy , I said ok well he told me the bill is $400. She calls him and the sneaky tow guy lied and told her $415 but knows we agreed on $400. Actually he said $800 if I’m using insurance. How evil is that ? Really ? $800 GREED! How can a tow cost $800 unless you’re towing to another damm city. So lady hangs up and said $415. I said no he told me $400, she said “ I Am not trying to argue with you 😳 , then you call him. Wait ! I’m thinking lady why did you just say that to me ? I didn’t act or sound like I was arguing plus I said oh I’m sorry but he said $400 I said I’m sorry but I know he said $400. I called him and he said $415 then I explained he told me $400 so he said ok $400. He tried it! So I told the lady it’s $400 and she wrote on receipt and gave it to me and while I said thank you , her expression and mannerism showed ATTITUDE ! No words or a ok or thank you or nothing. She showed me unprofessional type customer service. I thought never again ! This was my sister issue but I will stick to GV location. Again guy was cool but that lady ? She should get another type job

All staff I have came into contact with here have been absolutely amazing. My car got stolen then trashed, and they were the first people I called to see when they could get my car fixed up. They were very nice on the initial phone call and the rest after that as well. Totally recommend this place for any of your car needs. Very thorough and kept me updated all of the time.

What a nightmare. I brought my car to them in late October and was told that the earliest they could get me in was late December. December came and when and they did not contact I called my insurance to see what the holdup was. My insurance contacted Gerber Collision on my behalf only to find out that they had forgotten about me and as a result of that I now had to wait until February before they could get me in. The nightmare didn't end there though. After returning my car several days early I discovered that they had charged me work they didn't do and had broken critical components on my headlights. When I confronted them about this they accused me of trying to scam them and after an argument finally agreed to do the work they charged me for. This took them an additional few weeks, and when I picked the car up a second time I discovered that they still hadn't done most of it. By this point my trust was absolutely gone and I just decided to do the work on my own and bite the bullet and pay for new headlights myself. I am a mechanic by trade so I was able to easily see where they had lied about their work. I can't imagine the kind of stuff they pull on people that do not have mechanical knowledge. There are better and honest auto body shops out there stay away from this one.

A wonderful place with wonderful technicians who are professional and timely. Had to do some body work on my car and they delivered it fast and the workmanship was amazing. They updated me weekly on what is happening every step of the way. Would recommend for body work.
