Took in an older Toyota when the check engine and ABS lights came on. They were able to determine the root cause and got approval before performing any work that would occur additional charges. They provided an estimate with costs including a few other issues they found and indicated level of urgency. We stuck with the primary issue only since it was an expensive repair and there was no pressure to add other services at that time. They successfully completed the repair. The front office guys were professional and courteous. The only issue was not getting a call back a couple of times when they said they had to check on something and get back to me real quick, but they were patient and helpful when I called them again for updates. The repair and other recommended services seemed on the pricy side, though I admit don't have a great grasp on the market for car repairs.

We found Robert to be extremely helpful and customer focused. We were extremely pleased with their service on the BMW. I really like how he gave us a clear list of services we could use, and allowed me to choose the most budget and safety conscious while declining the rest. I found him to be open, transparent, and staying in touch with me. My wife states, "my car now drives like a real BMW" We highly recommend this shop.
