They were open and HONEST about my car. Their prices were super reasonable. Highly recommend! I will use again in the future.

Don't trust any appointments. Even if made online and confirmed for time and date it's not necessarily an appointment. Got to the store and they said online doesn't matter and they could work me in in 2 to 3 days for a tire install. Currently using my temporary spare limited to 50mph. Not good business practice. Too many other options to choose from.

I gave my car for inspection, after the inspection I found that the installed a different size nut to the front wheel. It was loose and came out. The don’t have minimum common sense. I need refund and immediate fix by tomorrow.

This is why I use Firestone - From SC on a Sunday, Tire goes down called - Dawson Service Advisor got it in - David jumped on it Checked all Tries, Brakes Green light to go! Just a BIG Thanks - many stores now say you have to leave it for the day my service was 1.5 hrs in out had Firestone Warranty cost $ 0.00

AWFUL SERVICE. I dropped my car off for an oil change in the morning. They called to inform me it would have to stay over night because they didn’t have time to get to it that day even though I had an appointment. I work from home and thankfully didn’t need it so I said that was okay. The next day, they told me it was ready but their site was wrong and they closed at 5PM instead of 6PM. I work until 5PM (like most people do) but I said okay & got clearance from my work to go ahead and leave work early to be able to get my car that day. Then I get a voicemail from Firestone at 4PM saying they decided to leave early that day and would be locking my car back up for a second night if I couldn’t get there before 4:30 at the latest and ā€œnot a second more.ā€ I was floored. I ended up having to have a family member leave work early to go get my car. It’s a terrible position to put someone in and extremely unprofessional. I would go anywhere but here.
