Staff was rude, talked down to my wife, and attempted to up-charge her. A “free break inspection” turned into $20 fee and they tried to double the “tax” on our bill. My wife felt like they tried to take advantage of her because she is a woman. Had she not known better they would’ve charged us an extra $100. We will not be firestone customers in the future.

Came in to replace a belt and get some fumes coming through the ac checked out. Fumes were completely ignored and instead they tried to get me to replace the rack and pinion ($1700) stating that the power steering fluid was probably leaking onto the engine. The rack and pinion is under the engine. They replaced the belt and of course the tensioner along with it for some extra money, and now it is making an even louder noise. Probably over tensioned and will damage something else. They also told me I definitely needed to replace my rear brakes and rotors. All in all, down 1K with more issues than I had before I brought it in. Worst trip to firestone I've ever had and that's saying something.

Awesome staff, excellent customer service.
I absolutely love the staff at this location, doesn't matter how busy it is, everyone is always so friendly, and incredibly fast with anything I ever need to take my car in for.
I mean what can I say about Chris, the Manager and the guy I walked into at the front desk? Kenneth i believe is his name. I can’t even find the right words to describe these two guys. Took an enterprise rental car (BMW X5) for tires replacement and the rest is history….will always be grateful to the crew of that entire store.

What is the point of making an appointment online when you arrive to find out that they are closed on a Sundays. Tried to chat and email through their website equally a joke. Resorting to a public review (that I have never done) so hopefully they’ll update their website.

I had lost faith in Firestone due to quality issues with another Firestone store in the area. I have been a long-time customer of Firestone in several states with no issues. I took my car to this Firestone and Chris, Kenneth, Dixon and Lowrider corrected all issues and made sure that I was more than satisfied with their work. Despite an unexpected new but faulty rack and pinion part, they worked around my schedule and made sure that I was 100% happy with their work. I would recommend this Firestone to everyone without reservation.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this store. I have an Air conditioning problem with my car, they quoted 308$ to fix that. I dropped my car at their store and received a call at the end of the day telling that my "AC" is fixed . I went over to pick up my car and they wanted to double check the car before handing it over, they came back and said that the "AC" which they fixed ,suddenly stopped working . I was frustrated and wanted my car back. Guess what?? They charged me the same price that is 308$ , i questioned them that why do i need to pay for something that is not fixed. The guy who was at the front desk was very very rude and asked me to pay the same price, he said that they tried to fix it, if it still doesn't work ,then its not their problem. So what i was paying for??? they didn't let me have my keys till i pay. I got my car back in the same old condition. I understand that they need to charge for the labour but why am i paying the same amount that is quoted, if the damage is not fixed???? I took my car to different store which is on 135th street, even they told me that i was overcharged , so i went back to ask for the refund. They refused to refund and telling the same old story. I even attached below the correct quote given by 135th store. Please go to different store!!!! Dont get scammed.
