I went there with my friend to take lug nut and place new on all tires. Morning we went and inquire everything is fine given approx cost $100 When we towed car and they inspect it comes $260+ reason they don’t have original parts and new part cost 160 plus We finally ended paying for service and replaced lug nut but when we collect car (got a call at 4.45) only 2 people in there and they in hurry to go home. Their response was not friendly. We checked and find they did not checked car tires inflated or not !!! When we go asked they say we don’t do that. It seems they don’t care weather car can drive from there or not. Definitely they know their work but quality, proactiveness and kindness/ empathy is totally missing. I would not prefer or kept as last preference.

do NOT go here if you're female or young!!! CREEPY MANAGER!!! Chris, the manager, will ask if you're over 18 and try to flirt with you. i ended up taking my car back, i wouldn't trust this place! i will never be back after that experience

They took care of my last oil change and apparently they forgot to put the splash shield back under my car and that is now a $269 add-on that I didn't expect. This didn't get discovered until my recent oil change. Who thinks to look for that before they drive away?

I am grateful they took time to look at my tire and I understand the under staff, but within 3 hours of calling no one picked up. Then when they called they called my sister's number which wasn't on the account, took me 20 minutes to get there and when they said they would put the tire on they came up with excuses of why the my couldn't. Within the 10 minutes of the 20 minutes it took for me to get there they claimed to shut off the air and blamed me for not being there on time. Also said they didn't have a jack-- sorry what type of firestone or garage doesn't have a jack?? They knew i was coming and just came with excuses to not help me further in doing their job. Again grateful for them to look at my flat but it was pathetic customer service. If you're looking for a firestone that's trustworthy is the one on 135th street off of 69 hwy.

Had an appointment for an oil change and to change all 4 tires, they were ready for me and got started right on time. The manager, Kenneth, was super friendly in general, letting me know the wait time, making sure I was comfortable and offered me water and the TV while I waited. It was a good deal cheaper than I expected (he gave me some deals I didn't even know about) and MUCH faster even than he had told me. Gave me some good recommendations for future service including tips for my specific make and didn't try to push a bunch of extras or upsell me things I don't need. Even told me about some maintenance stuff I'd need to get done at a dealership, something they wouldn't even make money on, just to keep me informed. All around great experience, like every time I've come here, and I highly recommend this place!
Do not go here for anything. Not even a simple service like new tires. Their hours are completely wrong and they have no morals. Anywhere but here
