Had car dropped off within 24 hours of inquiry, had a quote next morning and service completed by that afternoon. $520 to replace both rear shocks - don’t have a strong baseline of comparison but seemed in line / slightly above online comps. Happy with the service and speed of turnaround, staff was friendly and helpful. Will likely go back when need be.
Excellent Service Fry's Nall Service provides excellent service at a value price. They are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!

I experienced great customer service at Fry's Auto Repair. They shot straight with me and were up-front about my car's issue. I'll be back for sure.
I love the service here. I take my car for oil change and tire replacements. They’ve also done several other things for us related to brakes. They’re always nice and reasonable.
We had excellent experience with Fry's Nall Service. My car would start sometimes and not start other times. I have almost zero mechanical skills and had no idea what the problem could be. I was dreading the possibility of spending hundreds of dollars to fix it. I had the car towed in, explained the issue to the nice woman working the service desk. The next day I received a call from one of the technicians who explained the problem and then directed me to a nearby business that could supply the needed part. Diagnosis and recommendation - no charge. Thank you Fry!
Always courteous, knowledgeable and communicative when unexpected fixes come up.
Terrible customer service. I went in to schedule an appointment and the gentleman at the counter was rude, dismissive and acted put out to schedule the appointment. I scheduled to drop off the next morning, but decided to cancel once I got home because of the encounter. When I called to cancel the lady that answered the phone was equally as rude and hung up without saying goodbye. They clearly have enough business and are not interested in new customers.
