My experience was excellent! Bret’s Auto is honest and they took care of my car in a timely manner. The problem was fixed and it was reasonable pricing. I have recommended this auto repair shop.

Very convenient location, and everyone I have spoke to there is very personable and they do good work. However, the reason for only 4 stars is that I recently was having major work done on my vehicle (over $1000) and I asked if they could grease the zerks since it was up on the lift. They said they could, and told me there would be a charge. I was not given an amount, but I agreed as I did not think it would be too much. Upon reviewing my bill, I saw that I was charged $83 to simply lubricate all the grease zerks! That's just a bit much for a job that should only take 5 minutes to complete. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and I was very happy with that, but was disappointed in being charged that much for that particular work item.

I came in from out of town and my vehicle needed work. They diagnosed the problems, gave decent estimates, and on some of the items they even gave a recommendation for a specialty shop that might be able to do it better. I was very impressed and felt very respected as a vehicle owner. These guys are the real deal!

Brought my car in to have them look at a major oil leak ($50 inspection) and system lights ($150 inspection). They were able to inspect it and call me back the same day we dropped it off. They diagnosed the cause of the leak and said they looked at what codes they could, but didn't feel the car was in a safe enough condition to drive and further diagnose the system lights. My wife and I thought it over and decided we couldn't afford the cost of the repair at the moment. The mechanic was very understanding and did not pressure us at all. Furthermore, when we went to pick the car back up, without me even asking they had taken off the $150 for the system lights inspection since they didn't feel they were able to fully complete the inspection. After many bad experiences, "scare tactics" or other underhanded methods with other shops, this was a positive indication for me that I can trust this shop. While I wasn't able to do the repair with them this time, I know where I will be coming the next time I need a repair.

Brought in my car for some issues that had developed. I was provided with a comprehensive video going over all aspects of repairs needed. Had great service and work was done in a timely manner. Mark was awesome and helped me navigate the process of utilizing my extended warranty.

Brets was fast and easy to work with. The video inspection that they send to you in an email is very informative and feels like they are sharing everything and being honest. The prices are competitive and I will definitely bring my car back for other services.

They were able to fix my flat tire using the best products for patching and plugging. I walked in about 4:00pm and was out by 5:15pm. They were extremely nice and I really enjoyed sitting down talking to the gentlemen in the office while I waited. Usually I dislike auto places bc I'm treated poorly bc I'm female. Not once was I treated poorly. They were great to converse with and made sure that my tire was properly fixed! It was my first time going (as a friend recommended them to me) & I will definitely use them again - as well as refer them! Thank you guys for fixing my Grand Cherokee tire and getting her back to new!

I had them change my oil, oil filter, and rotate my tires. I also asked if they could inspect the sound deadening material under the body of the car because I accidentally ran over a wooden ladder. Sure enough, they repaired it! In addition, they did a video of their complete inspection of my car and told me that it was in good condition and did not try to sell something that I did not need! This is, by far, the most honest and reasonably priced service center that I have ever used and I will not go anywhere else for service!

We are so pleased with our experience with the Bret's Team! We dealt with Mark mainly. They helped us contact a tow service, (Dale's Towing) and they were wonderful as well, kind, understanding, quick. Bret's got our truck in quickly, very upfront on costs and explanations for what needed to be fix. Water Pump, thermostat and all coolants. We never got the feeling of being taken advantage or over charged, no gut feeling of an issue. Our finally favorite part was visiting the shop in Olathe. It was clean, the men were polite, and they had the local Christian radio station on. As well as their swag pens at the front desk have Proverbs 3:5-6 printed on them. As Believers ourselves with a small business this was heart-filling. Thanks guys!
