I have paid for a lifetime balance, rotate, and alignment for multiple cars over the last decade and have had fairly good service at other locations. Following what happened, I will be going to Firestone in Topeka from here on out. I just watched the tech rotate my tires without balancing them. Confirmed with the gal up front that I'm getting a balance, she said yes. The wheels were removed, rotated, remounted no balance... needless to say, go somewhere else. On top of that, I got in my car and there's dirt on the door and door sill...

Excellent, prompt service. The mechanic and the service desk person (Justin Musick) were very kind and professional. Highly recommended!!!
