The employees at this location are excellent regardless of who you get. They are polite, professional

I have no complaints these are some hard working people and I greatly appreciate them. They are always jumping through hopes trying to help you the best they can. They genuinely care about their customers.

Driving across the country and the car started shaking on the highway, this was the first mechanic we could find that was open. Store manager was the only person in and he had me on my way as quick as he could, fixed everything wrong and brought me out to show me exactly what he did, what I could do as general maintenance, and what would need to be done in the future. He saved me a lot of money today and in the future. Quick, cheap, and remarkably kind.

I went in to get my tires replaced as well as some other maintenance this morning. I was there for about 3 hours, so I do recommend having someone pick you up if you don't want to be there the whole time. The customer service was amazing though. The man that was helping everyone was very polite and he also dealt with a rude customer in the best way possible. He was stern but still respectful and the rude customer ended up leaving happy as well. So 10/10 to whoever that nice man was. 👏💯🫡 And they did a great job on my car 👍

I had an engine misfire and took my car in to do some work. It wasn’t quite fixed correctly so had to take it back and they fixed the problem even though it took additional parts at no extra charge. Any company can have an employee that makes an error. The five stars is because the management went above and beyond to fix the problem, gave me the impression they used the error as a learning opportunity for their employees and communicated to me that they were dedicated to fixing the problem for me. I waited a week before posting this review. The car runs better than ever before and I feel I got great value for my money.

I’ve been to several Firestones. I had an appointment made for 3:30. It is now 4:30 and the tech is finally asking another tech for help. After asking how much longer I was told another hour to hour thirty. After watching the work ethic of the techs here. I will not be returning.
