DO NOT GO HERE - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN They messed up a simple oil change. Car shut off due to no oil. Had to walk to get oil just to get home. Brought it back and instead of admitting their mistake was fed bull. Lies about piston popping out but finding its way back. Faulty filter..tightness of the plug..bad seal…Adding dye to see where it was leaking. In the end they couldn’t figure how it all leaked out. (Shocking - smh) How about it was never there. It takes a special kind of loser to take advantage of young lady.

Took my truck in for the thermostat to be replaced after a few days they said it was ready to be picked up, on my way home I heard a rattle under my hood to find the bolts where nerve put back in the radiator, they where just laying on top. later that day my engine light came on so I had to set up an appointment to bring it back. The manager said they accidentally put the old thermostat back in. After the second time dropping it off on my way home the truck started to over heat. When I pulled over to check it I found the radiator hose still disconnected and no fluid in the reservoir

I’ve been to several Firestones. I had an appointment made for 3:30. It is now 4:30 and the tech is finally asking another tech for help. After asking how much longer I was told another hour to hour thirty. After watching the work ethic of the techs here. I will not be returning.

Had an appointment for oil change at 11:30 am went to pick up car at 4:10 pm it had not been touched. No manager on site to talk to, took my keys and left. I will find a company that sticks to their commitments and cares about the customers.

Got an oil change at Firestone. They said I had a faulty battery and it needed replacing. The battery was 3 months old. I got the battery retested at Firestone as well as another place. The original battery test by Firestone was in error. Three weeks after the oil change oil started leaking from the oil filter just installed by Firestone! That oil filter needed to be replaced.

I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change the week before requesting 12:30 p.m.; however, the time was confirmed for 2:00 p.m. instead. I had to reschedule a work meeting due to this change. The day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to check-in my vehicle. However, after patiently waiting for an hour and a half, my truck was still in the front and my pre-scheduled oil change was still not complete. I had to leave for the work meeting that I had rescheduled already due to the change in my appointment time. I will not be returning, nor recommending firestone to anyone. A coworker of mine asked me to let them know how it went because they were looking for a new place to get their oil changed. Upon returning this afternoon, I shared my experience with them and told them not to go to firestone.

First I left my car there all day, and no one checked the lock box , I had an appointment and even if I didn’t shouldn’t the key drop box be checked ? They paid for my oil change but still took a hour of my time , I left it there from 6 am-3:30 no one noticed. Today was worse , dropped car off Thursday8am-Saturday 7pm….for a 4-5 hour repair , valve cover replacement somehow turned into 3 full days at the shop hopefully it runs fine. I had to call and check on my car never got a call or update on it , then was told 4:30 Saturday when I called at 2. Called again at 3:45 after I found a ride to town , said they are putting it together now shouldn’t be an issue, Turned into 7pm , when I was there asking about my car I was told little info other then just a few more bolts . Didn’t offer an excuse or sorry when it was finally done. Poor service today.
