I went in looking for a new vehicle and Dylan Cantu was awesome! I told him what I was looking for and he had the perfect car!
While the repairs were fine. They NEGLECTED To reconnect the wiring harness our 2018 Cruze cooling fan which caused my car to run hot and warp my aluminum heads. I am reporting that to them along with my son calling them. We'll see what happens. We have all the service records. The car's brand new, there's no way it should be running hot. Me being a mechanic... for 30 years... I went under the hood....and... Their negligence at the shop ruined the motor.! The aluminum heads are warped. The aroma message says engine power reduced. I'm loading pictures of the codes. We'll see what happens.

Apr 25, 2024Hello, My name is Patrick Costello, I am trying to find the records on your vehicle. Could you please contact me directly at 785-564-4080 so we can discuss your concerns further. Thank you.
Dylan is top notch! He wasn't just trying to sell, he was very invested and willing to help. I highly recommend him for your salesman!
This is a classic dealership in all the wrong ways. Classic in the sense where they try to use a bunch of young good looking men to swindle you into buying junk. We didn't make a deal and they called from three different numbers harassing me to come in like a bad ex you can't get rid of. It was pathetic practically begging for a deal. The pre owned vehicles are junk. They tried to sell me high miles, completely wrecked inside (crayon scribbles and stains on the seatbelts, musty smells etc) for upwards of 26k?! They do not have good warranties for their vehicles, because they know they're junk. 30days or 1,000 miles then you're on your own. They can get you into a questionable vehicle for a cheap price, but I'm my opinion it's not worth dealing with them. Don't make the mistake of walking on their lot. Go to MAX Motors instead!
Awesome
Kept a truck on their website for months but never actually had it. Also have been shown by an employee that clear codes on faulty vehicles and put them on their lot.

Battery? Car would not start and needed it for remote appointments. NOT correctly diagnosed initially BUT, it was made good…On Tuesday afternoon I called explaining the problem and took the car in without an appointment, suspecting a dead battery. I did appreciate service co-manager Aaron to bring it right in. It did not test as a dead battery. There was no charge The same problem persisted the next morning. This was the day after service to install new tires and replace brake fluid / filters. On Wednesday morning the same situation began when needing to run errands…it had the same symptoms. Finally got it started and drove to the Nissan Service bay after calling. Aaron had told me to bring it back directly so it could be diagnosed. The crew put together their heads immediately to fin the battery actually had dead cells. It was replaced and diagnosed as good to go. Gladly paid for new battery and the diagnostic analysis and was greatly up for Aaron and the tech expediting this service? It’s our only vehicle and we cannot function without it.
