Daughter bought a used car at Briggs. Drove it for about 36 hours and noticed a noise in the rear of the car. They took it in to check it and decided it was a rear shock. They wouldn't even consider paying part of the expense to replace them. The inspection was on the house. Also a key fob was missing that they said they couldn't replace. Funny the DIC indicates that 2 fobs have been programmed . I would walk before I consider dealing with them again.

My husband and I met with Dylan Cantu to buy a truck. It didn't work out for the new GMC we had planned on, but he introduced us to the Chevy Silverado 1500 which we absolutely fell in love with. It had all the bells and whistles that anyone could ask for. Dylan was very knowledgeable on this truck. He was very honest and true to his word. He made the deal happen for us. Bought a used Buick Enclave for $11,500 a year ago there. Turned out to be a lemon. Spent $850 to replace the water pump. Right after that the AC compressor died. Went to sell it back to them today to buy another car. They offered me $1,500!!! Never buying a car from that place again.
