Went to Ken's after getting a ridiculous estimate from a dealership. Thanks to their honesty, I was able to say about $1800 because they told me it was covered by my warranty. I would give them more stars if I could!
I went to go get my bearing fixed they told me several other problems like the brakes and other easy stuff my husband can fix and I asked just for the bearing and since I didn't want it all they wouldn't fix the bearing and then left the pad off my brakes I don't recommend them.

May 10, 2024We have reviewed your statement and have found no service performed under your name. However, if you are attempting to address the 2010 Ford Edge that was inspected on May 1st, then I can explain the issue we had with NOT PERFORMING ANY REPAIR on the vehicle. The wheel bearing was in such bad condition that it had caused damage to the brake pads & rotors. The vehicle was driving with the wheel at an exaggerated angle due to the poor condition of the wheel bearing, which had put added pressure on the braking system causing the brake pad to wear out and the backing plate was touching the rotor. This is why we recommended brakes and explained that thoroughly to Mr. Standley. In addition to that issue, the warranty/insurance company that we were instructed to call, wanted us to lower the cost of the repair to what they were willing to pay and change all customer information to their name. We work with a multitude of aftermarket insurance/warranty companies and none of them have ever requested something like that before and isn't a normal business practice. We never disassembled anything on the vehicle, as it was not necessary in determining failure with the wheel bearing or braking system. We also had Mr. Standley sign the invoice stating that the vehicle was unsafe to drive in it's current condition. We can send you a copy of the signed invoice or post it here if that helps. Kens garage has been phenomenal! I'm new to the area and when looking for a mechanic the reviews brought me in and they have lived up. Most recently I took in the car for a alternator problem, but after a quick diagnosis they said it was a simple lose wire and didn't try to take advantage. If you need a mechanic they are truly someone you need to try!

I have been a customer at Ken’s Garage since 2022. They have serviced my car about 4 or 5 times and I have never had a problem with them. They are always kind and trustworthy! They have great prices and they do a great job every time! They keep me updated on other things that may need to be fixed which shows they care. They are not there merely to make money! High recommendation coming from me! A name that I would add to this review is Curtis. 95% of my customer service has been from him. Great guy!!

Great place, ive been getting my oil changes here, they do a great job and always seem to get me in when I need it.
This is our go to place for everything having to do with our cars. We've never had any issues. Very professional and helpful!
They diagnosed and repaired my car faster than most places would have, and for a reasonable price! Now my ford explorer is running better than it has in quite some time, and the guys were all super nice! Definitely recommend!

Ken's is the only shop for me. They've been as consistent as it gets since the mid 1990s when I first became a customer. Professional, timely, affordable and the job gets done right the first time. Bravo Zulu all around!
