They did an amazing job!!!!! My car is running better than it ever has before!!! They were all super helpful and nice!!! Thank you so much for fixing my baby!!!
Very honest and easy to work with. I brought my car in to check and oil leak and it turned out to be a loose filter. They fixed the problem with no attempt to sell me any additional services or tagging on extra fees. 10/10 would go back again.
I wrote a review about Ken’s awhile back and wanted to be sure to follow up. I am a huge proponent for supporting local businesses and after my conversation with Troy this afternoon, I wouldn’t want my first review (written out of frustration) to steer anyone away from getting service at this shop. First and foremost, Troy was honest and fair, as well as kind. He was easy to talk to and willing to hear me out. He also rectified the situation right away. We ended on a good note and I told him that I would be happy to bring our business back to their garage. At the end of the day, a little communication and understanding go a long way for all parties involved. I truly appreciate Ken’s Garage for just taking a moment to talk through things with me, and in turn, making them right. The business is run be a genuinely good man and good people.

May 24, 2023Paul, I apologize for your experience, however, we informed you that the best time to drop the RV off was in spring when the weather was ideal but you wanted to drop it off in November, henceforth it took longer than originally anticipated due to the repairs needing to be performed outside, so the weather dictated when we could work on it. We typically do not work on RV’s/motorhomes, but we were willing to work with you. Most of the time we do not install customer supplied parts, and the power steering pump that you provided was damaged, and instead of ordering a new one and fixing it properly, you informed us you needed the vehicle back in a timely manner. We informed you that we could either order a new part or install the original pump back on the vehicle to get it drivable. You opted to just install the original part back on the vehicle. As for the box of nuts and bolts, those were hardware to the skid plate, removed entirely in order to gain access to the power steering pump, we informed you that we would install everything once we got a new power steering pump installed, you declined to properly repair it and opted to just take the vehicle. If you would like us to reinstall the bolts on the skid plate, please give us a call and we can set an appointment to get it looked at.
Told them when I made an appointment I needed a VIN inspection. I brought the vehicle in, waited an hour, then was told everything wrong with it, got charged $60, then was told I didn't need a complete inspection just to get tags for the vehicle. I knew this! I was still charged for something I didn't make an appointment for.
