Ken's is the only shop for me. They've been as consistent as it gets since the mid 1990s when I first became a customer. Professional, timely, affordable and the job gets done right the first time. Bravo Zulu all around!

I always have a pleasant experience with Ken’s garage. The work they’ve done on my vehicles is efficient and service time is reasonable. Staff are always friendly and communicate well about what repairs need to be done and the cost associated. There are no surprises! I love the text communication as well!

After three failed attempts in searching for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy mechanic in a period of 1 year, I can rest assured my Charger will be taken care of at Ken's Garage. Just to be specific as I have owned my car since 0 miles and have always been responsible to upkeep with maintenance on my vehicle since day 1 as it was under warranty with Dodge. However, I noticed my vehicle overheating right after I moved to Kansas so I decided to take it to the dealerships and yes two different dealerships Dodge in Leavenworth and Toyota in Legends to no avail. Neither one was able to spot this radiator leak but wait as it gets even better with a third party of S&B Automotive who was able to identify another leak in the coolant system which he replaced entirely. Thus, three different qualified mechanics failed to spot the real issue which Ken's Garage was able to spot with their complimentary service of a quality inspection. I share all of this to help someone who may be experiencing similar issues and urge everyone to steer away from dealerships as this matter should have been covered under warranty years ago not 11 years later. I am forever grateful and fortunate to have found a mechanic after all...

They replaced an actuator to help with the cooling system. They didn't charge as much as Butler's did. I plan on using these folks as my mechanic. I'm not driving to Olathe to get this SUV serviced!

I am so happy with the repair Ken's garage did on my vehicle. I had taken it to the dealership multiple times only to be ignored, dismissed, or told it was just normal road noise. Ken's Garage quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. It hasn't sounded so quiet in years! The gas mileage is noticeably improved as well. They also worked with the warranty company to get eligible repairs paid for that were under our warranty coverage. Thank you!

I took my vehicle in for transmission work and the next day it was ready. She runs smooth. You guys are my first choice as long as I live in Lansing.

I have been to this shop in the past and it was fine until very recently. I needed help removing the rusted nuts and bolts to my car plates and they were happy to oblige and for that I was very grateful. I remembered that my passenger window is a little unaligned and so I made an appointment to have it looked at. They called me and informed me that I needed a window regulator replacement costing $750 for the whole thing. I thought how is that possible because the window activates up and down as normal except that it is unaligned and leaves a small gap which rain can still seep in. I told them to hold off on the repair until I can think it through. So I picked up the car and took it home. Out of curiosity I checked the functionality of the window only to find out that it no longer activates up and down the whole way like it used to and also the door panel was not put back together. When I called them to find out what happened they adamantly insisted that "it was already like that when we got it". First of all I know for a fact that I am not a liar and I know the condition of that window when I brought it in. Secondly, I take good care of my Mercedes and my Land Rover. But what is irritating is when they lie and turn it around on you. Shops like this particular one makes you regret moving to Leavenworth. It definitely makes all the other shops in the city look bad due to one rotten apple. Sad.

It's unfortunate you didn't have a positive experience at the shop and i'm not sure if there was some misunderstanding over the phone when we called to talk to you about what issues we found. However, you dropped the vehicle off stating the door would not line up properly when closing it and stated you thought it might be the door itself. We brought the vehicle into the shop to inspect the issue and found it was obvious that the window was over extended and crooked, causing it to sit on top of the weather stripping instead of in the groove it is designed to to be in. We tested the window functionality and found it would only go about half way down and was severely out of alignment. When the window was raised it would overextend and would be crooked. At this point it was fairly obvious that the window regulator was not working properly. We never removed the door panel because it was not necessary. However, we did send the scope down between the window and the door panel to verify that the regulator was the issue. We built an estimate and sent it to you. We then called to talk to you about the estimate. We explained our findings in detail, to which you replied that you didn't believe that was the issue and you thought it was the door. We explained it in detail for a second time at which point you declined the repair. Once you picked up the vehicle we explained it again and then you called back and proceeded to be angry with us about the window not working. We explained everything in detail multiple times, so i'm not sure where a communication issue could have occurred. The regulator needs replaced and will most likely get worse until the repair is performed. The vehicle left in the same condition that it arrived. It's unfortunate that you're unhappy about the services rendered and offered but we wish you the very best. Have a blessed day!
