Dave is by far the best mechanic I've dealt with in 3 decades! Dave is also a straight shooter, he WON'T rip you off or tell you to fix something unnecessarily! Dave fixed my timing around COVID when bad parts were everywhere, and unfortunately, we got delt some of those bad parts, and he had to replace a part not once BUT twice. He sucked but he did it both times with a smile and without any complaints and charged me nothing OF COURSE! ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE YOU CAN TRUST!

I called today, to ask general questions. There was a female that answered the phone, that was very rude. She had no phone etiquette and was very disrespectful. A first impression is very important, if you are answering the phone. Customer Service is important and courtesy! Potential customers or new customers, is how you get business. I have never experienced this on a first phone call! If you are that rude over the phone, how are you in person? I chose Butler Muffler & Auto Repair. The person that answered the phone at Butler was respectful.
