Bad customer service! They should really be nicer to their customer base...cussing is not the answer

Nov 24, 2023Haley, Posting a review under a fictitious profile immediately after deleting your last review for an incident of what you're claiming to be an employee had at your workplace (off the clock). Does not relate to bad customer service from our business. Or warrant a review on a platform that's for customers to share their experience with that business. We are not privy to what took place and do not have control over how an employee reacts to the customer service you provided at West lake hardware. You have yet to provide context to what took place or even what employee you are referring to. But I will stress again that we are an automotive dealer and do not use hardware stores for our business. I'm not even sure it was one of our 10 employees due to you saying it was someone wearing a shirt with our logo on it. We have handed out thousands of shirts over 10 years so it's also likely it could have been anyone for that matter! I'm happy to discuss this in person, by phone or email and try to correct what we can as an employer. But in total disagreement with you providing a false narrative in an effort to mislead consumers about an experience you did not have with our company. The reason I'm confident about this is "Jack Perry's" profile was created hours after you took down your own review, has no photos, and no other reviews. Clean and comfortable — this repair shop would be a fine place to hang out if you had to wait for your car. I appreciate the snacks, drinks, and coffee, too. I bought a car from this shop’s retail location and had to have a small issue cleared up, and I was relieved to find the shop is as well run as that retail location. Also, my repair was completed perfectly and in less time than estimated.
Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, efficient! I could go on and on! Thanks for taking such thorough care of my car!
Horrible didn't even get the 60 tag off the truck they did the whole top of motor engine blew and they won't honor anything...... I just read reviews kinda funny. All the negative ones is hmm no record of you. Buyer better beware
