I broke my car and Tom fixed it. The price was less than I expected and the service was great. I will definitely bring my car back in the future.
Not sure what these guys do all day. My car sat in their shop for 3 weeks with a starter problem. Said they couldn’t trigger the problem again so I could come pick it up whenever. Suddenly, my engine isn’t running right and it’s a $1,300 repair. Also $400 for a battery replacement a few months back. Don’t get scammed
For 20 years I'd been spoiled by having a family member who owned their own auto repair shop. Now, all I have is the Harris' and I'm still getting what seems like privileged treatment. With the exception of an occasional oil change or brake job (because I had coupons), Harris has been my only shop for many years.
Very satisfied with the work and updates from Harris. As well as very knowledgeable staff.
Harris Auto stands by their work, they offer competitive prices, they work quick, and they are honest. I used to get work done at Honda but I am glad I switched over to Harris Auto. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Extremely communicative, great customer service, and great people.
Tom is 100 percent honest, knowledgeable and upfront. I wouldn''t second-guess anything he recommends.
The phone receptionist is extremely rude.
